Absolutely delighted with my new Veo Active 46. Bought it for going on Safari and it’s just perfect. Holds everything I need to take and qualifies for hand luggage. Received excellent help from Liz at Vanguard before making my decision. Ordering was straight forward and delivery quick. Fantastic company to deal with.
I managed to snap one of my clips on my camera bag, I contacted Vanguard who offered me a replacement bag for a fantastic price, I have only had the bag a couple of months so I thought that was great but unnecessary. Therefore they sent me a new clip free of charge which I managed to reattach to the strap.
Excellent service. Visited Vanguard at The Photography Show at the NEC. The staff were very informative and helpful. The bag I wanted was not in stock, but it was ordered for me and the show price honoured. The bag arrived a few days later. Very efficient and friendly service. The bag is of excellent quality.
Excellent service - ordered late on a Sunday, BH Monday, received Wednesday. Camera bag I bought is perfect for what I want and very comfortable to wear. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will use them again if occasion arises.
I had a problem with a Vanguard product and wrote quite a negative review as a result. However their response has been absolutely brilliant, with not just one “sorry you didn’t like our product” knee-jerk, but an ongoing conversation with practical suggestions ensuring I get the best from my purchase, as well as a willingness to look at design issues with a view to making modifications. I could not ask for more, and will buy from them again.

Well made bit of kit not actually used as it was bought as gift
I recently purchased a Vanguard VEO Active 49 Trekking Backpack and wanted another insert for it to enable me to swap two lots of kit in and out, I contacted Vanguard for some info on the new VEO Bib range and the company went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct info for the purchase. I have been using the system for around 6 weeks now and the VEO Active is the most comfortable and versatile backpack I have owned. The Aluminium frame really makes a difference on a long hike and the bag accommodates a good amount of camera gear with separate access for personal kit.

Great product and outstanding customer services.. Hugely recommended.. After 3 years I had a zip issue on a bag that was otherwise still in new condition and the customer services offered to replace it free of charge.

I've used a couple of Vanguard products over the years. Namely shoulder bags and now a backpack. My experience with the products is excellent, being durable and well advertised. Their customer service is excellent too. For example, I had to contact them recently because a zipper handle on a new bag I purchased from their new range broke on me. After contacting them, they not only responded quickly, the sent me a replacement for free which arrived in a couple of days, and I was also informed the engineering department had been made aware to see if there was an issue on their products. Excellent service and very helpful. As well as excellent products.
WoW! I had my Veo Range 48 bag for close to a year which was gifted by my cousin for my birthday, unfortunately one of the buckle snapped off during my recent photowalk. When I contacted Vanguard through their website, Emma promptly responded and reassured it will be taken care. after couple of days, Neil Allen followed up with an email confirming deffo a resolution would be provided sooner. guess what, Neil had went beyond the extra mile to replace the bag fully and called me to confirm this. what followed was the unparalleled customer experience by Ian Bywater as well during Neil's absence, they coordinated very well and made sure I receive the bag just before the long weekend. as I started writing its simply wow customer experience and yes they stand by the quality of the product they offer as well. Definitely highly recommended from a person who is in the retail industry for little over 17 years. I can confidently say the other retailers/product companies should definitely spend sometime to learn a trick/best practice or two from Neil and his team on how to take good care of their customers and to retain them. I purchased a Veo 235 ABP tripod a couple of years ago. I recently had a minor problem with the rubber feet on the quick shoe. I reported this to Vanguard and they immediately organised a replacement for me. I am seriously impressed with them for both the outstanding quality of their products and their second-to-none customer service. It really is refreshing to find quality products at a reasonable price, backed up by such a good support service. I rarely write reviews, but I have made an exception for Vanguard. I unreservedly recommend them!
Purchased a spotting scope from vanguard, unfortunately the wrong item was delivered, was sorted very early the next day, and the correct scope sent by next day delivery, also arranged for DPD to collect the wrongly delivered one. Superb and help-full customer service, couldn’t ask for a better service. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍
