Excellent aftercare. I am a photographer and I have been using a Vanguard Supreme 53D camera case for about 5 years. It's like a medium sized suitcase Peli case, with an extending handle and wheels. I have taken out on hundreds of jobs, dragged it around London, Paris, Brussels and every other place and it has done a sterling job. A couple of weeks ago one of the wheels on the case came apart so I contacted Vanguard in the UK to see if I could buy a replacement and they were super helpful. They posted me a couple of replacement wheels with their compliments.

I am extremely pleased with my new Vanguard camera backpack. It is smart, very well made with a number of useful features. It is lighter than others I tried with good padding on the straps making it comfortable to wear. It wasn't as cheap as some others but the quality makes the extra money worth it. I have paid a lot for my camera so I didn't want to skimp on the bag. Excellent and quick service too.
First tripod arrived with small damages, vanguard very quick to organise a replacement, very happy with the second one, most sturdy pod I have ever used.

Two items I have purchased from Vanguard that have had a fault with with. In both cases a replacement was offered and the service was impeccable. Be better if they hadn't developed a fault, but they're not alone in this. I feel I'm getting good VFM and the service backs it up. Just hope I don't need it again.

I have had my Alta Pro 263 for about 10 years with no problems. That is until an issue this week with the centre column. With one email to Vanguard, they sent the relevant part to fix the tripod, free of charge, and kindly sent instructions how to fit it. Thank you Emma and Neil for superb customer service.
I own a pair of binoculars which I carry and use virtually everyday The binoculars are fantastic but obviously parts deteriorate over time and I have had to consult with the customer service team to order parts. I can’t fault the service I have received, they are quick to respond and go out of their way to solve any issues I have had, in a word brilliant.

Emailed Vanguard customer service on Wednesday as the quick release plate on the tripod purchased from them earlier this year wasn’t working . Had a reply from them the following day and a new quick release plate was sent out , which I received today , Friday . Incredible customer service , will definitely use them again.
I had a VEO PH-28 tripod head that I felt didn't tighten correctly - the single locking handle was locking pan before the tilt. I contacted Vanguard's sales team and they replaced it really quickly for free. And the new one works exactly as hoped. Top customer service!

I recently had an issue with a wheel on my ALTA Fly 55T wheeled camera backpack. A stone had got jammed within one wheel as a result the wheel was not turning. The whee became distorted and flattened making the use of the bag a bit of a chore. So I got hold of their sales team, explained everything to them and requested a replacement wheel that I could fit myself. (the bag was just under 3 months old) Unfortunately, they don not supply replacement wheels, but due to the circumstances involved, they supplied me with a new bag, something I truly was not expecting. From start to finish their service has been amazing and I have NO HESITATION in recommending them. Thanks Vanguard
I had a problem with a pair of Vanguard Endeavor EDII binoculars. The issue was, one of the eyepieces had split. I contacted Vanguard sales, along with images of the eyepiece. I was informed that the component was a non replaceable item. The service I received was absolutely brilliant. I paid a nominal fee, and three days later I was in possession of a brand new pair of binoculars. Such a fantastic no quibble experience from the team. A special shoutout must go to Emma and Neil who oversaw the whole process. I cannot praise Vanguard World UK highly enough. Thank you once again. Ian.
