I had a minor problem with the QS-64 camera shoe mount for my tripod where a couple of the rubber pads fell out. I contacted Vanguard and requested a couple of pads to replace the missing ones. Unfortunately these were unavailable and Ian arranged for a complete mount to be sent out to me in France. Fantastic service and a great tripod. Thank you.

Just had bought me for Christmas a VEO Select 49 Camera Backpack, there are so many bags out there it is difficult to choose , after weeks of browsing all makes I opted for the VEO 49. It arrived well packed and on time and I was not dissapointed it really is a well designed and well made bag , just what I was looking for . Congratulations Vanguard great Bag.

When a products features & design go beyond what you expect, the quality exceeds your already high standards & the customer service is perfect.. It gives me great pleasure to share it. The Vanguard VEO 3+ is a beast of a tripod. I finally found a tripod that will let me reach over obstacles, get down to ground level & provide an extremely sturdy tall tripod for my landscape\woodland work. I've owned many tripods but none as well designed & built as this. The twist locks are buttery smooth. The CNC machined levers are perfect & the satin black finish compliments this tripod perfectly. It may not be the lightest tripod but I value stability over a couple of hundred grams & comparing this tripod to (less flexible) high end models this is a clear winner! The padded case isn't something I'd usually value but I can't ignore this one. It's the cherry on an already fully iced cake & I simply cannot recommend Vanguard tripods highly enough. Get one! Don't waste your time comparing.. your search ends here. Thank you Vanguard! I'll be back for a second vlog tripod soon.

Excellent service. I bought a Vanguard Alta Rise 48 camera backpack about 18 months ago. This was after reading a lot of reviews and write ups about various bags as lets face us, there is lots to pick from! I was drawn to the size, value and positive reviews and when I got the bag I was not disappointed. Quickly managed to move the interior separators around to suit my kit, and the yellow interior makes it easy to find small items like hotshot protectors etc. The bag itself is very comfortable, even when carrying a full frame camera with 70-200 f2.8 attached, plus a 24-70 f2.8, filters and other accessories. Ok I have to eat my Weetabix before picking it up, but once on my back not problem, the wide shoulder straps and fixings help an awful lot. I can even carry a Manfrotto 055 tripod on the side too. Anyway, I noticed a few weeks ago some of the trim was coming loose on the handle and as it was after 12 months since purchase I didn't expect much, but rang the company anyway. The immediate response was "its got a life time warranty, we'll send you a replacement out". Honestly I was gob smacked - this type of service is so rare nowadays isn't it? True to their word, My new bag arrived a few days later by courier. So, if you want a great bag and excellent support after sales too, consider the Vanguard equipment. I certainly have not looked back and am really pleased with my choice.

Excellent customer service; friendly, pro-active and went the extra mile in assisting me with my enquiry / technical problem. I found them very helpful, and they honour their no quibble guarantees on their equipment. I would certainly recommend and buy with confidence!

I contacted Emma at Vanguard Uk due to loosing a screw cap on my Endeavour IV 10x42 (my fault). The response was amazingly quick and courteous, with Emma arranging for a replacement cap to be sent. Definitely recommend.

The products behind this company are super, I am very happy with my VEO HD2 8420 8X42 ED binoculars they are my favourite, I use them everyday and I will get more of there products because they don't disappoint and perform superb! There products are a must have for very day use and a good choise from people that do hiking and like the Outdoors. Keep it up guys! Simeon Mladenov

I had a problem with the eye cup on my Endeavour ED 8x42 binoculars and a couple of emails and 24 hours later a brand new pair arrived at my door. Very prompt replies to emails and super fast delivery of the new set under Vanguard's lifetime warranty. Extremely happy to recommend Vanguard's product and customer service. Top notch. Contacted Vanguard on the off chance they could advise on whether a fault on my binoculars was repairable and if parts could be made available etc. I would have been offered a replacement under warranty (no questions asked) if I had been the original owner and had proof of purchase etc. but was still offered a replacement at an incredibly competitive price which were then shipped next day delivery! A pleasure to deal with. ould highly recommend.

Had a problem with a tripod that was bought back in 2016. Got in touch with customer services and they were excellent. The model tripod I had, had been discontinued. To solve the problem they have sent a newer model out to replace the one I had. At all times the responses have been quick and helpful. Would highly recommend Vanguard.

I have two sets of Vanguard Binoculars and a Vanguard Spotting Scope. Very pleased with the quality of the optics and with the build quality. Most impressive is their customer support. I have had a number of dealings with the support team and they have always been efficient and helpful. On every occasion the outcome has been exactly to my satisfaction, no quibbles. The sort of company it is a pleasure to do business with

Absolutely fantastic customer services. I contacted Vanguard via their online customer service form and although the world is chaotic at this time I received a rapid response. Vanguard went above and beyond to assist me with my problem and I can’t thank them enough. Kindness even in times of strife.

I was given my Vanguard tripod as a present sometime in the 80's and while it hasn't had a lot of use it has done everything asked of it. It has taken some knocks but remains unmarked. At some point the top plate adapter (with the standard screw fitting) has gone missing so, not really expecting much I looked on their website and found the exact part ! This was delivered in a couple of days and normal service resumed. So top marks a) for still having the part for a 30+ years old tripod and b) for getting it out so quickly.

Excellent Product and post sales care. Handled my enquiry quickly and professionally. I first made contact with Vanguard at the 2014 Birdfair at Rutland Water, when they initially launched their Binocular range in UK , It was impressive compared to others at a similar price range. Clarity of view and the impressive build quality were what swung it for me. You know when a product feels right in the hand , these Endeavour Bino's were just that. Will be upgrading and staying with Vanguard for the foreseeable - thanks Emma for all your help.

My GH-100 pistolgrip ball head displayed signs of a fault outside of it's warranty period and during the Corona Virus lockdown, I contacted Vanguard who replaced it with no quibble. Excellent!

During the COVID Lockdown I’ve been researching tripods suitable for my 65mm birding scope and LUMIX bridge camera. I wanted something lighter and more compact than my existing Velbon tripod. It quickly became apparent that I was probably going to have to spend a small fortune. Then I discovered the Vanguard VEO2 range. I submitted a rambling query to the sales team and got a response almost immediately from Ian. He totally got what I was after and why I didn’t want one of their standard birding tripod packages. He suggested a different combination that suited my needs better and was cheaper, and told me about their 15% off promotion. The rest is history I now have the VEO 265CB and the PH-26 pan head. It is superb. So light and packable, but also easily stable enough to perform well with my scope. A very sophisticated and practical product with huge attention to detail. The build quality also looks and feels excellent. Can’t wait to get back out into the bird reserves. Already field tested in my garden! I can’t understand why this product isn’t higher profile amongst birders, it’s fantastic.
