Appalling. I had a cold call knock on the door today by salesperson Daniel. Daniel was clearly disappointed when my son answered the door, as apparently Daniel thought there was an elderly person living at the address, as he had been looking through the living room window and could see Golf being watched on the Television!!! I am dumbfounded that Daniel would even admit to standing looking through before knocking, where is the privacy? Was Daniel hoping for another vulnerable elderly person to fleece into convincing that they needed new doors and windows!! I will be following up on this as well as leaving this review.

Needed some brand new windows for the house, so got in touch with Dunraven, as they did a great job with the front door and surrounding windows. They sent Chris Williams, who went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed and all for a great price. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch, to which we will be having the new windows put in soon.

I cannot recommend Dunraven Windows enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The brick layers were incredibly friendly, explaining each step of the process and making sure everything was done to perfection. They cleaned up after themselves and even went the extra mile by washing my car, which was such a thoughtful touch! The roof fitters, Dean and Sion, were absolutely outstanding. They did an amazing job fitting my new roof, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the result. The roof looks beautiful, and it has completely transformed my conservatory. To top everything off, I received a follow-up call from Gareth, checking to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. It’s clear that Dunraven Windows truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. I’m beyond happy with my new conservatory roof and can’t wait to spend many days and evenings enjoying this lovely space. Thank you so much, Dunraven Windows – you’ve exceeded my expectations in every way! Additional thanks to Chris Williams for his advice and for all the time he took to explain everything to us.

Although I cannot fault Dunraven for their initial service when installing two new doors at our home, they are so persistent in the sales calls after and despite me requesting EVERY time they call to remove my number from their cold call list, the calls continue and I have resorted to reporting to the ICO. These sales tactics have meant that I will not use Dunraven in the future and would not recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. From initial contact, the invitation for a no obligation quote through the survey, build and finish the Dunraven staff have been excellent. Our conservatory dreams have been fulfilled. The quality of materials and the installation is really good and has exceeded my expectation. I recommend Dunraven for your doors, windows or conservatory/orangery without reservation. 5 🌟

Had a conservatory fitted Feb 2025 from start to finish workers were amazing clean polite and hard working. All trades coming in after the job before were finished. Very happy with the job looks amazing

As far as I am concerned these people are criminals. They have been preying upon my elderly parents for years. Selling them upgrades to the house costing several thousands of pounds. Upgrades that they don’t need. These people somehow convinced them that they needed a new back door costing thousands of pounds. They didn’t need the back door, upgrades to a conservatory that they barely use. They called again today while I was home looking to sell them more products. I cannot put into words how infuriated I am. Avoid these vultures at all costs!!! Literally, while I was writing this review one of their vulture like representatives phone again despite my explicitly telling them not to. Unbelievable.

I got a quote from this company back in 2016. We were initially going to go ahead with the work but on reflection felt that we were pressured into it, so the next day we cancelled. Almost ten years later I am still receiving sales calls. Not only do they seem to think that the work actually went ahead, but they repeatedly call despite me asking them to remove my details and not to contact me. I received another call today and was again told that they would remove my details again (after confirming that there were no notes regarding previous contact and my request to be forgotten under GDPR). My next contact will be with the ICO.

I’ve never had anything done with this company due to the sales person. If you let one in to your home you can say no and all they hear is yes. Every month I seem to get a phone call always from a different mobile number. For seven years I’ve told them to take me off the system and I’m still getting phone calls. Every person I talk today says the same ‘no worries I will take you off the system’ BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS. Maybe as a company listen!!!

Replacement conservatory installed after Xmas As a lean to 10 ft by 8 ft . Men hardworking and job completed in nine days in very cold weather . Nothing too much trouble for the workmen and really excellent job at good price . Would recommend .

Had a backdoor and side window fitted in my kitchen, from the first contact to fitting I have been really impressed with the service, they even returned to check that I was happy with the work a week after the fitting. Well impressed with the level of service and will use Dunraven again if/when I need any further work.

Just had a second set of windows installed by Dunraven. Excellent service.Fitters very professional and we are very pleased with the results.Highly recommended.

This is my honest assessment, found the workmen friendly and helpful, some were a bit untidy but most were good . The job started of well and was impressed. Towards the end of the job items were not completed . Asked when they would be done....... all went quiet and items were not completed to this day . We were told by the rep that the job would be completed in three weeks, I knew that was rubbish and unrealistic as I had worked in construction industry and I estimated it would take double that, which it did . If I was the managing director of this company I would be asking his managers what the hell is going on reading these reviews . To sum up, workforce ok but management poor. I would be reluctant to use them again after this. Company needs a shake up in my opinion.

Don't pay in full until they have finished EVERYTHING. I was asked to settle early with promises being made by the manager. Once I paid that was it. They never came back to finish jobs that were promised!!! No after care service!!! Workmen were lovely and I cannot fault them but management are a joke.... A bunch of cowboys!!!

FANTASTIC WORK. SO PLEASED I am a strong believer in not just making a decision based on reviews alone. But will always take on board personal recommendations. And I am so glad I did From start to finish our experience with Dunraven and the whole team has been amazing. They have kept us informed, they have kept to schedule and been so polite and professional in dealing with us. Each team has been exception and very very clean We had Richard and Sam to lay the ground work, Anthony and Kieran to install and glaze the unit to Dean, Lewis and Ian the Electricians and Ryan who was with us to do the plastering and tiling on the floor. He did the most amazing job and the whole team are a credit to Dunraven Along each step Gareth has overseen the work and dealt with any questions and arranged for any issues to be dealt with promptly, which I have to say were tiny things that I would normally accept but Gareth dealt with them anyway So please anyone considering double glazing, give this local company your consideration. Dunraven have my details and I would be more than pleased for them to pass them on if anyone wanted a good honest opinion and you are welcome to view the work completed Thank you everyone

We got there in the end but it was a painful journey. Our old conservatory roof gave up and we asked dunraven to help. A roof was specified that we were happy with. However when the surveyor came out he told us that the specified roof was unsuitable. We chose an alternative which was cheaper but the paperwork did not reflect this. We had to shout l9ng and loud for the correct price. The installation proceeded smoothly but the new roof leaked like a sieve. We spoke 6to numerous managers to get it sorted. The process was v stressful with my wife in tears as water ran down the walls. After 3 attempts an older more wxperienced man visited and constructed a purpose made cavity tray which seems to be watertight, Dunraven got there in the end but offered no discount for the trauma we went through

My aged father in law was persuaded to have a new front door on his new house 🤷🤷. What on earth are they doing targeting elderly people in new homes. The salesman knocked the door, gave him some sales patter and scammed him. They even rang back a few weeks later trying to sell other products 😖😖😖

Avoid this Company like the plague absolutely shocking company to Deal with had a New Front door Fitted it was fitted poorly door the door we replaced it with was better drafts galore Phoned them many times never sorted DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU'LL REGRET IT

Rang these cowboys yet again today .honestly for a total of 476 times requesting for their installers to repair an orangery that was put on the rear of our beautiful house 45 months ago .they have literally destroyed our dreams of our house being complete .we spoke to Gareth on numerous occasions,also David Lewis, both of them have been totally untrustworthy in what they say and total lies we cannot use our orangery due to complete water ingress and also water running through live down light bulb sockets . They have made numerous attempts at repairing the mass of serious problems . All we wanted was an orangery. Instead we have been ignored .our health has stuffed .to an extent that we want to sell up .I can't rate how badly we have been treated .in the construction ,one of the builders was caught by me drinking vodka whilst working on our house . The company denies all of our claims , now shouting at us and slamming us with claims of lying .I wouldn't take up this company ever again and suggest you don't either .this is a genuine review with a 0 rating .latest update 21/2/2025 .absolute dead brains to communicate with . The manager is refusing to come out and see the deteriation of our orangery,also dunraven have trumped up another load of rubbish ,that we have an outstanding invoice with them .I have asked them to produce this invoice ,amazingly it's not possible.the real fact is ,it's completely ficticious ,watch this space for the next episode ,

Avoid at all costs! Had a window fitted in the summer. The works were fine but it was a little expensive. Since then I’ve been constantly harassed and now being threatened. I had a sales appointment to discuss patio doors. At the appointment I was told it was under no obligation to take the order. We then decided this was too expensive and we didn’t want patio doors. When the called a week later to discuss the surveyors appointment, I told them this and didn’t want to proceed. Since then I’ve had a regular stream of phone calls and voicemail s asking to call them back. I’ve now had a letter telling me I have an outstanding order and legal obligations to complete. When I quieted this over email, they told me that I had to complete the order! I told them I wouldn’t be as I don’t want them anymore and it was too much money. They have still not passed me onto their cancellations team, and are trying to get me to do the order anyway. I am being threatened with further action and cancellation fees, when they can’t have even made the doors as they never took final measurements. Avoid at all class total con artists and awful rude people.
