We are Satisfied with the Doors & Windows including the Orangery that Dunraven supplied & fitted in our Home. In May/June of 2024. Yes we had a few teething problems but an E-mail to the company to report a problem was easily resolved usually on the same day. They have a 10 year Warranty on all that they do which is very good to have. I would like to thank all those concerned from the company for their input, Fitting & Construction were to my liking. I could mention a few things that could have been better time wise, the work has now been completed & my Wife & I are satisfied with what we've had done. Thanks to all at Dunraven windows & doors. Regards J.M.H. & S.E.H.
I did ask a quote form them arround 1.5 years ago. And because they are too expensive and the review comments are not good. I chooses another company. But after that, they keep on calling me about the comment of the job they done for four times. Every single time I have to told them my conservatory was not build by them. And please remove me from the list. This show how messy is the management in this company.
Fantastic communication before and during the installation of our conservatory. The job was completed quickly and the boys left it clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend using Dunraven
My father & his partner had a new conservatory roof fitted in 2016 by Dunraven. For the last 3 years they have been trying to get Dunraven to remedy the leaking in the corner of the roof which has caused quite substantial damage to walls and carpets. Still no resolution although there have been numerous phone calls and visits from representatives of company. This company are rip off merchants, preying on older people who haven't had the where with all to check out the reviews on this company. They are extremely quick to take large amounts of money (immediately the installation was completed they were hassled by men calling asking for the monies) but not so quick to put their hands in the companies coffers to sort out issues. They made over £43 million last year apparently. Its disgusting.
Stay clear of this company. Their workmanship is shoddy and their customer care even worse. We had a replacement conservatory roof installed in January and are still unable to operate our bi-fold doors. despite numerous promises to rectify we are still unable to use the doors properly after 5 months! Nobody returns calls or replies to emails. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and would describe them as "wheelbarrow builders" with no pride in what they do
Shoddy work. Pressure sellers. No one responds when you try to contact them with issues. Was told that no payments would be taken until customer signs off on customer satisfaction form to state they are happy. I still have unsigned form here and money is being taken. Do not fall for the pressure sale. Awful company. Avoid at all costs.
We asked this company to provide a quote. A rep visited our property and then never provided a quote. We followed up and were told by Dunraven that they preferred to quote when both homeowners were at home. Ridiculous. The company then kept calling me. I have told them on four separate occasions that we're no longer interested and to stop calling us. We've gone to another business who did provide a quote to just me, without my wife being there. Despite being told numerous times to stop calling us, Dunraven continue to harass us. Today they even turned up at our home address. I am sick of this company. Please stop contacting us, please stop calling us (we block every number that you call from) and DO NOT ever call at our house again. This is verging on harassment. Stop contacting us.
New windows and kitchen barn door fitted, excellent standard of work, fitters very polite and cleaned all areas after installation, very pleased with all staff I have been in contact with
The key to a five star review is attention to detail. We chose Dunraven as the providers for my new conservatory roof after meeting with three companies' salesmen. Despite telling the first that I only could afford what I said I could he tried to pressure me into buying more than I wanted. He did not listen so he fell at the first fence. The second provider was recommended to me by a neighbour. The salesman was fair but was limited to certain types of roofing. I wasn't sure so met with a representative from Dunraven. I had read the reviews in advance and was able to ask about them. He was candid and discussed issues that might have led to unfavourable reviews. He was similarly candid about what could and could not be done and did not try to pressure me or sell me something that I did not want or could not afford. I then looked at types of roofing and chose what I thought looked best for my budget. I was reassured that certain aspects of it could be altered up to the day of fitting. After some thought I decided and signed the paperwork. No hidden surprises or additional costs. We chose a date suitable for us and were given several options. We went for an early fitting. The fitters arrived before 9 on the given day and looked and sounded professional. The young men answered any questions and were pleasant and sociable throughout. They finished their part of the work on time. Any minor difficulties were overcome without drama. Likewise, the electrician arrived when he said he would and was very professional. My wife made some last minute (literally) changes to the lighting she'd chosen which were made with no fuss (and no additional expense). Lastly, the plasterers who followed were punctual and professional. The final finish is excellent. The whole project was supervised by a manager who visited every day and discussed progress with us. It was an opportunity to ask questions and to raise any issues that arose. However, as we were very pleased with progress and final product, we had no concerns or complaints. The final tests. Would we use Dunraven again? Yes. Would we recommend them to friends, family and others? Definitely. Very pleased indeed. Thanks.
We had a Dunraven porch fitted about 12 or 14 years ago. We now have damp coming in. I've had 2 building companies and 3 roofing companies come to give me a quote. They have all without exception said the roof is totally wrong. It doesn't have enough pitch and should have been built 90 degrees to the way it is now. Think very carefully before using Dunraven.
I think I had a quote from this lot a few years ago ,I never had any work done by them . The amount of cold calls I have had is unreal. I have asked them to remove me from the list yet the call keep on coming . Avoid all contact with this lot as they will never leave you alone
I was due to have a conservatory roof and window replaced in March. I contacted the office the day before to confirm what time to expect the workmen and was advised that someone would be in touch later that day to confirm the start time. No contact was made (despite them having 2 mobile contact numbers, a landline and an email address!) and no one turned up on the day the work was due to take place. I was eventually advised (having contacted the office on the day) that work would take place the following day (resulting in my birthday lunch being cancelled to facilitate the work). I was very pleased with the replacement conservatory roof, however, the window was broken (glass cracked the entire length) when the fitters fitted it. I was assured that it would be replaced the following week. Seven weeks later I’m still waiting for the glass to be replaced. I’ve spent seven weeks trying to speak to ‘the right department’, seven weeks of being told that someone would get back to me (once they did, not that it’s actually resolved anything, apparently the replacement glass had gone ‘missing’) and have yet to gain a copy of the company’s complaints procedure that I requested (which isn’t available on their website and they haven’t supplied). I live with my 88 year old mother who’s worried sick about the safety and security implications relating to the broken glass (the glass is protruding), all this stress and worry is having a detrimental effect on her health. We fulfilled our part of the contract and paid in full on the day the work took place, we trusted Dunraven to honour their part of the contract and resolve the safety issues in a timely manner……big mistake on our part!
We are really pleased with the Conservatory which Dunraven Windows have built for us. The price we believe was good and it was finished on time. The conservatory looks great. Shane the bricklayer, A1++
Amazing experience; just had our work completed, from start to finish a great job: work fitted well and quickly, couldn’t ask for more. Have passed details onto mother-in-law who is also looking to have a conservatory. Can’t wait to start using the space!
Had a front door fitted recently, brilliant quality, great fitting ,would definitely use this company again ! .
Had my windows replaced recently by Dunraven and everything was handled perfectly from start to finish, highly recommend Dunraven!
Dunraven recently fitted new windows for me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products and the workmanship
Dunraven have installed the most fantastic Orangery for us. The chap came out to design it with us and was so professional and then the builders and fitters were so neat and tidy whilst with us and so polite. Cannot thank Dunraven enough for making our home perfect
Very happy with the work I had done .The guy that came to my door very professional ladies on the phone too and the lads fitting the work swift and no mess afterwards can't rate high enough
I would like to give zero rating, Not 1 star. Shambolic is the best way to describe!! Grouting mouldy, even when they changed it again!!! So many problems. They must have very inexperienced staff!! Still waiting for many problems to be rectified. Will let everyone know the outcome.!!!
