We had our extension done last year, and our experience has been great with them, initially we only had to pay small deposit of £500 and rest on the payment was after the work, so we had peace of mind, usually builders leave work in middle and disappear. Everything they did was done professionally. I know in big projects, sometime things can go wrong, we had the same, but the way dunraven dealt with it was incredible and very professional. Not only that after a year we had small leak, all we had to do couple of phone calls and everything was sorted efficiently and promptly. So I would recommend Dunraven to anyone. I know online we read alot of bad reviews but not everyone with good experiences write a review. Where if things go slightly wrong people end up putting bad reviews. However our experience with them was great. All of their staff, plumbers, electrician, builders were very friendly and knew their job very well.

Appalling pressure from Matt for payment on completion day, even though work not completed to standard. Leak after leak and we are now 2 and bit years on. Lost so much from work waiting in for someone to come along with a bit of sealer to tell me it's fixed for it to leak time and time again. Stay away. Completed conservatory in Sept 22 and on leak number 20 something!

Had an Orangery / Conservatory built by Dunraven 11 years ago, Posting this review to show my satisfaction from start to finish with this company. From the 1st visit to discuss type of Conservatory i wanted , Anthony & Dean were super professional and knowledgeable on advising the best option for my property, the finished build was outstanding , I have recently sold my property and the vendors solicitors needed some details regarding the conservatory ( planning, buildover agreement etc. ) which Dunraven were only too pleased to supply and help with any information needed 11 years after the build. Superb service from day 1 til sale of house 11 years later. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wrote a review a year ago and although a couple of minor things were put right, we now find we have a problem with a leak and a door that will not close properly. We have now phoned and emailed and absolutely no response. Also, we are still waiting for our paperwork. Had numerous calls from the Customer Services asking if we are happy with the job and when we say we are waiting for our paperwork we are promised this will be passed on but nothing happens.

We've just had out windows fitted after having our conservatory, patio Doors and Front door fitted a year ago. Very happy with the quality, the price and the service of the installers. I would fully recommend Dunraven to anyone.

Door to door high pressure sales. It starts with a group of ‘canvassers’ swarming through a region. They promise a free quote that they will honour for up to a year. Arrange a site visit to get a comprehensive quote. Then the salesman arrived, he was good, it is all about closing the deal during that visit. If you want to sleep on it or do any diligence you won’t hear from them again. And that is exactly what happened, they could replace the three windows at the front of the house in the next 6 weeks for £5,600 if we signed today. Asking for a written quote was brushed aside deftly, can I have your business card, we don’t do those. It is all about closing the deal immediately. The more pressure he applied to more determined I was to run away from this company. Obviously several weeks later, still no written quote. This is systematic deliberate approach. Keep well clear of these guys.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Our very expensive conservatory has taken numerous “teams” two years to try and resolve leaks in different areas. We have not had an apology letter, box of chocolates or bottle of wine. Have had to wash and dry countless towels due to leaks and no compensation offered. Also “teams” not turning up because of van issues or sickness and so having to waste annual leave. Constantly having to chase for call backs and in the end getting the finance company involved which has helped as a go between but shouldn’t have been necessary. Was also forced into signing off as the job being finished when we weren’t satisfied and being told that our “freebie” replacement window in the back door would no longer be fitted. The conservatory was bought as a “special deal” whereby it would be a showroom but I don’t even want it let alone would I recommend it to anyone else. The only time I get a call from customer services is when they are trying to sell me something else. Shocking behaviour.

Had windows fitted in February took out interest free. Paid before the date. Had to pay admin charges and they said cancel direct debit....because they are still going to take money out of your bank...we were totally gob smacked...they wanted to charge £13,000 just in interest for £9639 of work...when we paid in full before the required time they still wanted to take money from the account and said you need to cancel...Dunraven promised to make good work they had done but never have...we spent over £45000 in total for work they have done so please do not go through the same DO NOT USE INTEREST FREE its a scam...

Awful company if I could select a zero star rating I would, staff are rude work is shabby our extension has been up 5 years and experienced water leaking through and bits of the render crumbling and flashing warping, when asked to come and fix the problems apparently the 10 year warranty isn’t covering it. Save yourself the stress and do not use this company.

Do not use this company. I had a door with them several years ago, yet they have continually rung me trying to sell further products. I have told them years ago to remove me from their call list yet they ring off different mobile numbers. Awful customer service and company, I’ve reported them online. AVOID

Having seen Dunraven do a job in my area, I thought I'd ask for a free quote. The rep turned up at my house and was more interested in getting me to sign up to go ahead with the work, even though Dunraven said that "quotes are guarenteed for 1 year". This was pressure sales. Finally I got the quote which wasn't unreasonable but I have never heard from the company again. Very odd and unprofessional. In reality, they are not interested in supplying a quote as the rep told me "I need to keep the factory workers turning over". Avoid.

From start to finish we have had a fabulous experience with Dunraven. The man stood in Wickes who asked us if we had considered double glazing was polite and gentle. The salesperson who visited our house was also well mannered, informed and helpful. The surveyor was cheerful and experienced. The window fitters were hard-working, tidy and very polite. Most importantly, we both love our new windows and doors.

I cannot praise this company enough. Every single workman has done an amazing job building our orangery. We would highly recommend.

If they can't turn up for the sales pitch, why would I trust them to turn up for the job? After a cold call I thought I'd go for the free no obligation quote. They will only come when both my wife and I are home rather than daytime when I work at home. They called 3 times to confirm I would still be there and the appointment was still on. On the day, twenty minutes after they were due to arrive I got a call saying they would be an hour late. After 3 calls to make sure I'm in, they can't call to let me know their rep is running late? I understand things come up, but if you're running late at one appointment surely it stands to reason you'd be late for the following ones?! I should have looked at the rest of the reviews in the 1st place.

We have recently had our windows replaced and a composite front door fitted, we feel it’s important to look after our local businesses. Dunraven Windows didn’t disappoint, all the team that we have dealt with were polite, friendly and punctual and nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly be looking to use Dunraven windows in the future.

Having purchased a front composite door some six months ago the locking arrangement was fouling and became hard to lock, having phoned the company the staff were very pleasant to talk to and I informed them of my predicament, They said that they would send there maintenance fitter out tomorrow and resolve the problem. The following day Christopher arrived and within 15 minutes the locking arrangement was working perfectly. I have the utmost respect for the staff at Dunraven and with a solidly built element you can’t go wrong in purchasing from Dunraven for the product is second to none.
