We recently had our conservatory roof replaced by Dunraven, the team of fitters were punctual, they completed the work on time, were very polite, and did a brilliant job for us. The new roof itself is very nice, lets in much more light,we now have to look twice to see if it's raining with the old polycarbonate roof it was very noisy when it rained,now we have peace & quiet & can leave the conservatory doors open from the house into our quiet garden room. Bliss !!

Pushy salesman. Badly fitting product. Poor after service. Three occasions to call them out within the first year.......going to get rid of the door and get something decent that actually closes. I cannot leave my house at the moment because I cannot shut the door. I have lost business as a result of this.

Would recommend to anyone. From the initial home visit to the completion of our work, everyone was both professional and courteous. We had a new conservatory roof fitted which is fantastic. We were promised that it would make our conservatory cool and comfortable in hot sunny weather and after the bank holiday weekend it proved to do just that. It also stops the horrendous noise that used to accompany any rain on the old roof. The fitters were both courteous and quick. We are so happy with it that we are now getting our windows and front door replaced by Dunraven.

We had a Splendor roof fitted onto our existing conservatory and it has transformed our conservatory as we now use it during the day and into the evening and it does not get too hot during the day ( with the previous roof on it became too hot on a warm day).My wife uses it in the evening when she goes on her rowing machine. It is also a lot brighter as more sunlight penetrates through. The workman were friendly and did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Dunraven windows.

Had my plastic roof replaced to glass, its looks amazing! dealing with the company was a pleasure. They did an excellent job and I am a very satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Transformed my conservatory into a garden room to use all year round with an immaculate new roof. ALL tradesmen from Dunraven were excellent, polite, careful, tidy and helpful. The quality assurance was superb with each trade being checked by a visiting manager. SO pleased with my finished roof - in fact visitors who are in the trade have commented on the high quality finish. Would highly recommend from my experience.

Actually would give them no stars.This is company harass you even when you make an appointment with them. They knocked our door so my husband said yes you can give a quote as we are looking to have a conservatory. They took our details and phoned Thursday evening where upon we made an appointment for the following Friday at 5pm,thick comes to mind as it took about four times to explain to the lady that we couldn't have an appointment for that Friday because we were going away. At last I was told the appointment was made. Next day they phoned (I missed the call) Saturday they phoned(I answered) asked them to stop phoning as I had already made an appointment however I was told that there wasn't anything in the diary??? But I spoke to you Thursday? I was told no it wasn't me Mrs burns it must of been my college we sound very similar. Ok again an appointment was made for the Friday at 5pm. Monday they phoned (missed the call), today Tuesday they phone (I answer) please stop phoning I said as I have made an appointment for Friday, you told my husband you wouldn't harass us but you have phoned every day except Sunday??? The young boy apologised and I asked not to be phoned again. Next my phoned rings again where upon answering I was told by a lady who sounded very much like the last two ladies I spoke to on Thursday & Saturday that there wasn't an appointment in the diary for Friday at 5pm. I said I spoke to you Saturday she replied it wasn't me it must by my college Emily we sound very similar. I've spoken to both of you I said but she replied you haven't spoken to me. What the hell??? Told them not to phone again.It is surprising if they ever get any appointments. Dunraven sack your staff they are costing you serious money, I wouldn't have them on my team. Very rude. Very poor customer service and appalling telephone manner. 😡😡😡😡😡

Dunraven put a new glass roof onto our conservatory, and we were very happy with the service. Personnel arrived promptly.They were polite and helpful.They tidied up after the job was complete. And the product itself is, so far, living up to expectations. Only slight downer is the hard-sell afterwards, inviting further custom, but they're only doing their job.

Sub-standard installation followed by endless telephone calls trying to sell more. Totally ignored me when I told them repeatedly to stop contacting me as I would never use them again after the poor quality of their product. Avoid.

We wanted to upgrade our conservatory roof to glass and decided to use Dunraven Windows. They kept us informed every step of the way and arrived on time on the 1st of June 2017 to carry out the work, I was a little concerned that only one installer and his apprentice turned up, but to say they were brilliant is an understatement. They were very efficient and worked very cleanly and completed the work in one day and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Dunraven Windows and most certainly the workmen that carried out the upgraded roof. We have a quality product and are highly delighted with the installation.

Sales pressure tactics, unreasonable costing on the back of a cig packet! Constant sales calls & missed calls even though have asked them to remove number from system. Do not touch with a barge pole. insist on a home visit even to give you the budget figure. You're then offered a discounted "buy it now" price. No formal quotations were sent. even the buy it now price was about 3 times too high compared to other similar companies. Eugh, is it any wonder double glazing gets a bad name. Also worth nothing the majority of 5 star reviews, are the reviewers only review. There are a lot of dodgy reviews out there.

Although I have no problem with the product or fitting at the time I am absolutely sick to death with the continuous phone calls over the last three years! Despite asking first politely for them not to keep calling me and then not so politely they continue to do so ..two calls in the last four weeks! I did warn them six months or more ago that the nuisance calls would at some point actually make me definitely NOT want to recommend them as a company. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!

We recently had fitted a pair of double doors to our porch by Dunraven. The sales person was extremely good and answered all of the questions we put to him honestly and with put bias, which was very refreshing. The fitting staff were also very competent & efficient and very professional.

Carefully consider using this company! A two day installation booked for end of February was finally finished today, April 10th ! Problem after problem, one of their managers actually told us ' we haven't made any money on this job' They even had to replaster the bedroom after fitting bifold doors in the room below. They tried to fit Inadequate steels, until building regs told them otherwise. The problems are too numerous to list here , sufficient to say we would never recommend this company to anyone.

We've been hastled by Dunraven salesmen previously whilst visiting McArthur Glen in Bridgend. They are now sending people door to door. They do not take no for an answer, keeping on about different things until they get the answer they want. Even asking for a contact number when my Wife had shown no interest at all . Unpleasant and unneccessary tactics which would put me off even if I was in the market for windows.

Dunraven were with us for two days and fitted 8 windows and a front door. The fitters Ron and Dylan were absolutely amazing and didn't stop working for the whole time they were there. The windows and door look really expensive and make the house look totally different! I was concerned about the job being done (the mess!) but you would not have known they had been there, as the place was spotless when they left. I am SO pleased to have used Dunraven and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Dunraven xx

We ordered a new door. From the sales staff to the fitters, all were tremendously helpful and efficient. The door was delivered in time and was fitted quickly. All mess was cleared away. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
