So happy we found these folks on-line. From our first call it was evident the sales representative knows the product lines, he was very well tune in so it made our decision very easy. The product value and savings was well worth the call. Very happy with our sofa and loveseat and the over all experience. Id give it less than 1% rating I purchased a sofas on 1/13/23 for 2846.00. That price included a 5 year warranty On October 7, 2024 all the accessories of the sofa broke down. According to you, Sofas & Sectional, the reason why we haven't been able to get it fixed is because the company that made this sofa, shut down around the time we bought it. Now 2 years later we have ended up with a $3,000.00 sofa that it's functions do not work and nobody is responsible to replace I either want an equal replacement or our money back for this sofa Nobody seems to be responsible for this. Ordered multiple couches in the beginning of October 2024 that they said could take 3 months to make and I was fine with. Contacted them in November to check on status to make sure everything was on track. Never heard back. Contacted again December and never heard back. Then in January I called left a message did not hear back. So I called again and got a different representative who got me in touch with my salesman. This led to me finding out that my order was canceled back in November because that line of couches had been discontinued and an email is sent to my salesman and he never let me know. Very bad customer support and they don't care at all.
The initial buying experience was easy. Spoke to a rep who was friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Delivery was ahead of schedule. We did have a slight problem. Called customer service and they sent someone out within a week of the conversation. All around great service from order, delivery, installation and problem solving.
Went and looked at a sectional with my wife and found sofasandsectionals.com when we got home. Their pricing was so much better than the local store. They went above and beyond by sending out swatches for us to decide on a color. The ordering process was easy and they followed up with me during the entire transaction. When our recliners showed up with damage, they stepped up and made it right without any questions. I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy furniture.
Our sofa was delivered last summer with one of the three seat cushions being less firm than the other two, which prompted us to ask for a fix since the sofa was brand new. The rep for Sofas and Sectionals was courteous and helpful from the get go, and even though is took almost 6 months to get it right, S&S kept us informed and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend Sofas and Sectionals if you are looking to purchase furniture.
They are horrible in communication. 2nd check in on timing, post a promise date from initial call in, and Customer Servicer rep basically says "we sent an email" - they didn't, blamed on my Spam, where there is nothing. They use freight company that then goes to local delivery and claim their furniture requires special handling and blah blah blah. The lady likes to baffle you with long detailed unnecessary caveats, explanations, instead of getting to the point. Hog the time with excuses instead of giving answers. First time I called they said local delivery company Ryder Last mile will contact, they did, I contacted Ryder on first promise date, they said it hasn't shipped. This lady then tells a different story lecturing about shipping time and excuses. And at every turn the lady's excuse is that nothing is certain, it's all an estimate and special shipment takes 10-12 weeks and they are well within their window. Buy local, these guys are retailers selling online but FlexSteel sells through local furniture companies, nothing special about Sofas & Sectionals. At least in CO mountain towns, I recommend iFurnish - very responsive, transparent, and no bullshit.
Excellent customer service, communication, pricing, and delivery We shopped local furniture stores for the pieces we wanted. Local prices were outrageous. We found Sofas&Sectionals on line and learned same product, same fabric, and about $300 per piece less. First time buying furniture on line but Corey the associate was great! Very smooth purchase and the chairs are exactly what we wanted. My advice,shop your locals or chains, find the piece and options, take a pic of the item number and brand. Then shop Sofas&Sectionals. Great experience for us and we will buy again.
I ordered a Mr beast recliner, these brands are for larger, taller users. I confirmed with the guy on the phone that are indeed the actual Mr beast brand for the users 6'3"+, guys says yes. I recieved the chair, it looks nice, but it is NOT a large chair, this is an average size chair you would grab at Big lots, this is not an authentic Mr. Beast. So I essentially paid $1100+ and waited weeks for a generic chair I could have just picked up at Walmart for a few hundred bucks.
I was hesitant to order from a company I wasn’t familiar with but Sofas and Sectionals exceeded my expectations! I received my order in less than 5 days. My furniture piece was in perfect condition and is exactly as advertised and perfect for my space.

Price was very fair and delivery timetable was accurate. They were very helpful on answering product questions and sending swatches for us to choose a fabric. Delivery and set-up was quick and easy. We ordered a two-piece sectional and one piece came with slightly shorter legs than the other. This was the furniture factory's fault, not Sofas and Sectionals, but one call and they got new legs ordered and we had them from the factory in 2-3 weeks.
This company is outstanding, highly recommend! We found the sectional we wanted online from a local store but when we finally decided, it wasn't on their website anymore. I found the same one on S&S and they were having a holiday sale, so we went ahead and bought it even though we wouldn't be able to test it out first. We knew it was going to take a couple months based on the estimated time on the product page, but we were just happy to find something modular so that we could choose the pieces we wanted and have it fit our living room perfectly so we didn't care. Cory was excellent in assisting me with my questions, and I was able to quickly reach them via chat and email when I realized afterward that I made a mistake and got one recliner that automatically came with power and another that we chose to be manual. Elaine was also very helpful and kind when I emailed them about having an emergency come up and had considered cancelling the order since we already paid for half of it and needed the $ to help with that, and even though it was already shipped out of the warehouse, I really appreciated her calling me personally to let me know. The only things that made me worry were when I missed a phone call and got an email from Daniel to confirm the order, but wasn't able to reach him when I called and emailed back. After a week of waiting I called the main # and they said he went on vacation the day after reaching out to me. We also got worried when the order took longer than estimated and I tried to reach out to the delivery warehouse after getting their # from Elaine, but they kept sending me to a voicemail that was full - definitely not reassuring. S&S was on top of it and said they made sure the warehouse would be notified to reach out to us asap. We had never made a large furniture purchase like this online before, but I had faith in this company after reading the amazing reviews here, which are usually very helpful when making decisions on what companies seem okay but end up not being worthy of giving your $ to for various reasons. We are SO glad we made this purchase and will definitely use S&S and recommend them to everyone in the future! Now THAT's how a business should be.
I was looking to purchase a Southern Motion sectional set. Sofas and Sectionals had the best price, hands down. I looked everywhere. On top of it, the white glove delivery really set them above and beyond. About nine months later, one of my recliners stopped working. I was nervous and sent an email explaining what happened. There was no runaround, no ridiculous forms to fill out, no inconvenience at all. They had a technician come out to inspect, then they mailed the part, then they sent a technician BACK to install the part. Never would I have ever imagined this kind of customer service. We bought a power lift recliner by Best Home Furnishings at a couple of hundred dollars below showroom pricing. Estimated delivery was 6-8 weeks but we received it in 4 weeks which was a nice surprise. There were a few issues like buttons not installed, paint chipping, and me not understanding how to put it together but Elaine worked with us patiently as we exchanged multiple emails and got us a repair appointment. She was fantastic to work with-diligent, courteous, patient and strives to deliver great customer service. If I'm in the market for new furniture again, I'll be checking Sofa&Sectionals first.
