I just got my Recliner I order in Nov 22, The Order process was so easy, they were so helpful, Customer Service was Great, My Recliner is Awesome i love the color, there is so much support, I am so Glad I order from Sofas and Sectionals. And the Delivery drivers was Two of the nice guys.

We ordered a leather sofa for our second home in Northern Wisconsin. Sofas and Sectionals came through with delivery when no other retailers would deliver this far North. There was an issue with the back cushion zipper attachment. Hannah, in Customer Service, worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue quickly. Hannah was in contact with us throughout the sofa ordering process, shipping, the zipper replacement, and then followed up to make sure everything correct. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Thank you, Sofas and Sectionals!

We ordered our sectional here last year and the whole process went great, and we love it. When our dog destroyed a portion of our sectional slipcover this year, we ordered a replacement and that came fast and the customer service was great.

I recently moved into a new house & was looking for the perfect furniture setup for the new living room. I looked all over the internet & visited local stores as well. Sofas and Sectionals was the easiest group to work with by far & had some of the best value as well. Swatch samples were sent immediately - and I didn't skimp on the numbers - I wanted to make sure I had all the possible colors on hand & was able to make a decision. There were a few pieces that weren't explicitly listed on the website but I was able to speak with customer sales & they were able to get my Klaussner leather pieces all ordered. The expected time of ship was 10-14 weeks, but I received the items in less than 7 weeks. And, there was a large leather rub on one of the arms of the sofas. The company set me up with a leather repair expert in my area and had them repair that rub mark & touch up a few other small areas that I didn't even notice myself! All in all, I don't think I'll ever order furniture from another source again.

Can't say enough about Sofas and Sectionals! From the price, to the customer service, to the follow up, the ENTIRE process was fantastic. I will 100% be checking their website every time I need furniture going forward. I even made a mistake on the color drop down during the ordering process and they called and double checked it, saving me a lot of grief from my wife... All in all we paid a fraction of what we saw on the exact same couches in store, with so many more options on fabric, color, and configuration of the sectional. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance!

Experience made right! I ordered a Natuzzi sofa in June 2021, with several months for manufacture and delivery. That Sofa was made shipped overseas but never made it to its destination (not an isolated instance during COVID times). Hannah took the lead on providing a replacement sofa, even though the model I had ordered had been discontinued, and while it took more months, I am very happy to sit on a very nice and comfortable leather sofa of my choice. Even though pricing had changed after so much time and COVID pressures, etc., Sofas and Sectionals, provided a suitable replacement at no extra costs, a clear testimony to the right business ethics. I was also kept informed of the progress in manufacturing and the various shipment steps. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Customer support was great. Our first set of couches came out damaged and had to be replaced. We were able to keep the damaged couches while new ones were ordered. The new couches that were delivered had a couple small issues. A technician was sent out and the couches were fixed. They look and work great. We love them. Very honest company that was great to work with.

We bought a recliner durung the pandemic. Sarah # Sofa's and Sectionals was with me every step of the way. SWhe followed up on order status and was very diligent in communicating updates and delivery info. When we had a problem with the piece she helped us to correct the problem with ease. I would definitely buy from them again.

AND MY HUSBAND MIKE BOWLDEN HAD NO PART IN THIS PURCHASE. DONT KNOW WHY HIS NAME IS ON ANYTHING, I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD,HE HAS BEEN IN A NURSING HOME ALMOST 4 YEARS. ME ,DONNA BOWLDEN WAS THE PURCHASER!!!! Well, thought the recliner was fixed in September slowly but surely ,more things go wrong with this chair all the time. It wasn't but maybe a week after he came to fix it, it started making noises on the hardware when opening, not quite a clang ,but something similar. Now when it shuts,in sounds like a low volume tin can poping. & when I lean back it want lock, cause I have to sleep in this chair, u have to pop the up button again to lock it. Raising it up gives you a slight swaying motion. I'm so disappointed in a chair,that cost as much as my sofa sectional living room suit. I haven't called about it because it took 7 months to fix the catch. It has more problems than just the 1 it had to begin with. Donna Bowlden 2nd review.

What a refreshing, unusual and positive experience. I worked with Matt over a few days (and numerous phone calls) to find a chair I liked that fit with my decor. The night that I finally placed my order I realized the weight capacity was not listed in the specs and I called back the next day. Matt was out but Cory promised to get back to me that day with my answer…and he did! Matt was patient and kind and helpful throughout the process, and Cory was kind and responsive. My experience was 100% positive!

Love our sectional but also a huge shout out to Elaine with customer service. We had a slight issue with the delivery but she straightened everything out and gave us helpful updates along the way.
