Sofa was delivered early. It was exactly as describe and the price was great. Hats off to Sofa and Sectional. I would do business with them again.

Ordered a custom leather sectional and ottoman through Sofas and Sectionals, was a very leery because I was ordering without ever sitting or seeing the sofa in person. I looked all over locally and there was nothing that would fit the dimensions of our room, so I resorted to the internet. The sofa was a little late getting here, but that was because it was over the Christmas holiday. It arrived and was exactly what we ordered, and works perfectly in our room. I did research the manufacturing company and made sure they were reputable and legit as well.

We purchased our Broyhill sofa, love seat and chair from Sofas and Sectionals after shopping locally for several weeks. We purchased the exact same products and saved approximately $700. We ordered these items in early January and received them a week prior to the super bowl game in early February. So, if you don't mind waiting for your furniture and want to save a lot of money this definitely is place to go. We would definitely purchase furniture from Sofas and Sectionals again.

I found S&S to be great in the initial order cycle. More difficult to deal with when changes were needed because the order was not booked correctly. Ignoring my notes of the last week on my notes reporting damages in shipment and the need for two of the four pieces to be replaced. Frustrated is the best word to sum up my current mood toward the company (s). Clearly all about sales and distracted or indifferent on after the sale customer service.

I read some online reviews about sofasandsectionals.com, and there were quite a few negative comments out there. But they had the sofa that we wanted in stock, and we could not find it anywhere else, so figured we would give them a shot. I have no complaints and am actually really happy that we ordered with sofasandsectionals.com. They had good communication about my order and customer service was avaliable and willing to help anytime I called with a question. I had placed the order during the holiday season and expected their would be delays with delivery, but even during this busy time, the sofa arrived a week earlier than I had expected. The local delivery company they contracted with was also very good and professional. Even took their shoes off so not to get snow/mud on our new carpets. I would defintiely recommend this site to others who are looking for new sofas and will definitely look to them again for our next furniture purchase.

I really love my new sofa now that it's finally here. I ordered it on December 14th and it arrived on January 24th! When I called I never got an explanation as to why it took so long. On the day it finally came the delivery crew did an awesome job of bringing it into my living room and demonstrating the pull out bed function.

was grateful and thankful that customer service was able to locate the chair and get it to me before my surgery date. It took over 2 months from ordered date but finally arrived in good condition and recliner is perfect.

I bought a Jackson sectional- Everest. Love my sectional, super comfy and still stylish. Small delay in delivery. Would def recommend this website to a friend.

We ordered chairs with heat and got chairs without- we were told we would get new chairs in two weeks but it has been one month and no chairs.

We love the furniture. The three delivery men came 2 hours late. They promptly got the delivery truck stuck in the snow in our front yard. Two of the three could not speak English. My husband and stepson had to figure out how to get the truck unstuck as the three men had no idea what to do. Then they did not know how to carry the new sofa through the front door. They said the door was too small but it is a standard size door. My stepson had to measure the sofa and show them how to tilt the cushions so that it would come through the door. We suggest that you provide better training for your delivery personnel in how to handle both equipment and deliveries.

Local delivery company called and we scheduled a delivery window. They never arrived on scheduled day and I was unable to reach them for 4 days. No answer no reply to repeated voicemail. When I finally did reach them the same woman I scheduled with told me we had never talked. I drove 60 miles to pick up the sofa as the next available delivery was more than a week away. I hope that this company was not paid for their services and I urge you to not use them again. Any one who can lie to my face because they made a mistake does not deserve my business nor my money. as someone in the service industry all that was required was a simple apology and an effort to correct the error. Thanks for listening.

I was worried about ordering a sofa online because it's a good chunk of money out the window if things go wrong. Happily, though, I was really pleased with how well it all turned out. The fabric was just what I was hoping for and the timeline was the same as if I had custom ordered a sofa through a local store.

After doing much research the manufacturer of this loveseat was highly recommended. From the grade of the leather which was a 3000 grade also recommended by sofas and sectionals. The actual frame of the furniture itself seemed to be made out of particle board. Also got the power reclining mechanism. Was told that it was also functional manually, I find this not to be the case. Replacing a leather couch we bought online that was 10 years old and had plenty of life left in it. We passed it on to a family member, to have a loveseat to be closer to my wife. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend the manufacturer of this loveseat in any way. And just hope I can get at least half of the life from it as I did my couch. Three stars,a so-so disappointed experience, for the money $2500.I looked at some here in town at half the price, with the same disappointing quality from other manufacturers. I honestly thought I was going to get a premier product at a premier price. The additional cost in my mind was going to be the workmanship of the furniture. Disappointment is the one word that best describes my opinion.
