He was knowledgeable in answering the questions I had about the products and exhibited great patience with me throughout the entire buying time. We love our Sofas!

I'd really give a 4.75 out of 5. I love the quality of my Ryder Reclining swivel chair. It's exactly as I ordered it. Of course the supply chain issue came into play. Chair ordered March 20, 2022, delivered September 7, 2022 and a minor repair on the swivel assembly (shipping issue?) was taken care of on October 19, 2022. Throughout the process every question I had was promptly answered by their sales or service department. All contact was very professional and courteous. I was hesitant to order furniture online but if you're going to special order this would be the place I'd recommend.

I ruined the cord for my massage heated chair I called them and they sent me another one out right away at no cost and they also Email you about what is going on and when you should receive it, most companies are not that considerate will buy from them again.

I went online to find a competitive price for a Palliser sofa set. I trust the brand and was replacing old, worn out furniture. I found Sofas and Sectionals, checked their customer reviews, ordered fabric swatches, and then connected with the online sales team. Corey and Ben were fantastic -- responsive, professional, available yet with no pressure. I had a lot of questions before making a decision. Communication was great throughout the process and my items were delivered in a reasonable time-frame for custom-made pieces. One piece was damaged in delivery. Online, Sarah was very helpful scheduling the replacement. We are very happy with our beautiful furniture and with the customer experience from Sofas and Sectionals. I was hesitant to make such a big investment online but so glad we did.

I fell in love with a suite of living room furniture that I found online but I was hesitant to order sight unseen. I finally took the plunge and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I couldn’t be more pleased with Sofas and Sectionals from start to finish. I was able to get fabric samples and all my questions were answered promptly and completely throughout the process. Great company and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Kudos to all!!!

Sofa and sectionals did a great job. The loveseat is exactly what we wanted. Our first loveseat was lost by the shipping company and when Sofa and sectional’s customer service person, Hannah found out, she expedited our new one and hired an alternative freight company to ship it to us. Hannah also sent us weekly updates until it arrived. We will buying a sofa to match from them soon!

I wish there more stars. This was the best customer service experience of our entire life. Our first sectional arrived and it had gaps, cushions of different heights etc. Our customer service person, Sarah N, sprung into action. She worked tirelessly over 2 years through covid and supply chain issues and a difficult manufacturer over to secure replacement pieces. When those pieces came in and didn’t match, she went back to the manufacturer and eventually secured an entire replacement sectional. Her persistence throughout and her communication to us was truly exceptional. We highly highly recommend sofas and sectionals because not only do they have a great selection, but you can rest assured they have THE BEST service after the sale I have ever experienced in 50 years. That is rare in todays world. Great job Sarah and we will forever be proponents of sofas and sectionals to our famil and friends.

Chairs are amazing! Swivel, reclining and beautiful fabric! Love love love! And had a few hiccups along the way…delays due a part shortage, damage from delivery co BUT…Elaine was the BEST I’ve experienced at communicating clearly, regularly and was so amazing at keeping me updated at what was going on. Great service when issues arose. Service and chairs AMAZING!

From beginning to end Sofas and Sectionals has been a wonderful company to work with. They were very helpful from design to delivery and beyond. I did have some issues with the legs on my sofa but they were very communicative and helped me get it straightened out in the end. I absolutely love our new sectional and would definitely purchase from them in the future!

I purchased a sofa through Sofa and Sectionals because I couldn't find one that I liked in my local market. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and when I had some issues with the last mile transportation company, their customer service agent jumped in and resolved the issues within days. I'm completely satisfied.

Bought two big man recliners from sofa & sectionals , I have been happy from the time i order them from the sales department, the delivery service was well coordinated & arrived on time& the setup was great, I had a couple of minor issues with the chairs & the customer service was great (hannah) & the service company that repaired the chairs was great

Jennifer was amazing and so patient with me while I made my final decisions. Ask for Jennifer @ ext. 105 but I am sure they are all equally wonderful to work with.

We purchased our first sofa last year not knowing how it would look or how it would fit the room. Once it arrived we loved it and decided we wanted another as our family room is quite large and a love seat would look too small. The second unit was powered and worked fine upon arrival. Within a short time one side stopped working. I called and Elaine sent a new switch and arranged for a technician to come out and repair the unit. The tech arrived early after contacting us and found that the only problem was a connection at the motor. I believe the problem was a snafu at the production point. If you are willing to wait for delivery and wait a while when/if there is a problem; sofas and sectionals is a great place to shop. These people are straight shooter and stand behind their products.

I was nervous to order a sectional sight unseen. Between the fabric swatches and the phone calls with company representatives, I got the sofa ordered. It arrived earlier than expected and it is great quality and exceeded my expectations. There was a snafu with “white glove shipping” and we had to get it in the house ourselves. But sofas and sectionals apologized (even though it was the cargo company’s fault) and refunded the cost of that service. Great experience

We ordered a top-of-the-line Palliser sectional from Sofa and Sectionals after searching for a replacement for the leather sectional we had been using for 25 years. We were sure it was the perfect replacement with custom selected leather and all of the features we were looking for in a sectional that had the reclining features. The sectional was beautiful but had several flaws with the workmanship and was not comfortable for many reasons based on its design. It took many months to become aware of some of the craftsmanship issues so the window to return the sectional had passed. I contacted Sofa and Sectionals and was introduced to Elaine who worked directly with Palliser to arrange for this sectional to be repaired. When they came out to do the repairs, it was determined that they could not fix what was wrong with the way it was built. As a result, Elaine arranged for us to order a replacement sectional, which has since been delivered and the sectional being returned removed at the same time. We love the new sectional! It is exactly what we had been looking for and the Natuzzi workmanship appears to be much better than that of the Palliser. As a part of the return of the original sectional, the replacement was less expensive, so we actually received a refund as well. For anyone considering the purchase of a sofa or sectional, they should do so through Sofa and Sectionals because the pricing was better than any of the other online companies we worked with and the customer service we have experienced was amazing.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend. We are very happy with our sectional and the company stood behind their warranty when a spring popped loose on one of the pieces.

I had an ongoing problem for months on end with the warranty company regarding my sofa purchase but Elaine was very kind, helpful, and accommodating and finally resolved the issue. While I’m not at all happy with Uniters and Furniture Solutions, Sofa & Sectionals customer service helped me to resolve the problem.
