Positive experience. It is a different service experience than ordering from a brick & mortar. Nobody holds your hand through the process. There is no reassuring progress bar or emails regarding status. But it was a success. I ordered furniture and then I got a call from the courier when it was done. Fortunately I had no issues and I could not be more happy with the finished product.

My order was deemed a loss and after that I was given two options. I chose a refund and few minutes later my order had been found. I was given information to call the shipping company who confirmed they had it and would deliver it. I was put on hold and was then told since it was now a recovery they couldn’t deliver it. I communicated this to Sofas and Sectionals and was able to get my refund issued in a timely matter.

Ben was an exceptional salesperson. He was patient and considerate and explained the options and process with attention to detail and consideration. I felt like he held my hand through the process and that is critical when making such a large purchase online.

I ordered my sofa in June 2020 and due to covid I was informed upfront everything was delayed approximately 20 weeks would be given updates which I was given each step of the way. When it finally arrive I had a couple issues within the first few weeks. I contacted customer service and spoke to Elaine who went above and beyond to try and resolve the problems. After a few tech visits it was not resolved so after checking with management it was agreed they would replace the sofa. The new sofa arrived without incident and am extremly happy with it. I can't say enough about the courteous customer service, patience and professionalism I received from this company from start to finish and every person I spoke to along the way. Great experience! I purchased a Natuzzi sectional from Sofas and Sectionals and was worried about ordering online also. I was right. The sectional came in and the entire back of the sofa is crushed. It is a horrible mess and Sofas and Sectionals will not assist at all. I now have a $3000+ piece of junk. I have to keep throws over the back because it looks so bad. Natuzzi will not help either. I thought I was ordering a quality sofa from a good company and now I am stuck with junk! They are really nice until they get your money! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I am extremely pleased and satisfied with this company, service and product. When the couch I ordered was delivered there were some flaws in material. I reached out to customer service and advised them of the issue. Their response was prompt. Extra fabric to repair the flaws were sent to my home and an in home technician was scheduled to come and fix the the flaws I 100 percent recommend this company and their product and service.

At first I was a little leary ordering a sectional online. Sarah Nevarez was there to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. The order took several months to complete—the sectional we ordered was well worth the wait. It is exceptionally well crafted and comfortable. The delivery team was also top notch—courteous and friendly. I recommend this company highly!

So I ordered my sectional from Sofas and Sectionals online in March 2021. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, i.e., providing samples of the fabrics expeditiously so I could make my decision. They were very upfront in communicating the delays occurring and affecting all business across the country. In July, I was notified that my furniture was finally being loaded and I'd receive word in about 4-6 weeks to schedule delivery. I was informed it arrived at the local delivery agent on August 19. When no call came to schedule delivery after a couple weeks, I contacted Sofas & Sectionals. I learned on September 23, that my order was lost and they would have to replace it. Since I'd really hoped to have this before the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, I was pretty devastated. I was certain there was no way it would come before the new year. Therefore, I was really surprised when Hannah, the representative, notified me that it had been loaded on a truck on October 15. I was even more surprised when I got a call in early December to schedule the delivery of the furniture. So although I didn't have it for Thanksgiving, I did get to enjoy it for Christmas. The furniture is extremely comfortable and beautiful. I've gotten many compliments on it. I couldn't be happier. Although there were issues, I don't fault Sofas and Sectionals for larger issues at the time beyond their control. Their customer service and communications were impeccable. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably priced furniture.

Our experience with sofas and sectionals has been mixed. On the one hand, we discovered that the color of leather sofa and chair we thought we had ordered was not, in fact, the color that arrived. We learned , too late, that the angle of our laptop screen drastically changed the color of the furniture we were viewing. We should have, but hadn't, ordered swathes to be sent to us. Sofas and sectionals accepted our return without complaint, but we learned that we would have to pay the delivery-back charges. That was a hefty charge- almost 20% of the total we'd paid for the furniture. On the plus side, we discovered that we preferred fabric to leather, so we ended with a refund from the substantially higher price of our original leather couch and chair. They also sent us that refund as soon as they received the couch and chair; they didn't wait until the new couch and chair were delivered. They also asked us to keep the original couch and chair until the new furniture was delivered. On the plus side, that gave us furniture to sit on; on the negative side, we had to be very careful we didn't do any damage to them. Finally, months later (blame covid) the delivery guys came to deliver our new couch and chair. They were also supposed to pick up our "old"couch and chair at the same time. They didn't. We had to wait another week for them to come pick up the "old" couch and chair. We had a very crowded downstairs for that week. We now have our new couch and chair in the fabric we chose and, at least for now, we're very happy. As far as quality is concerned, we'll have to see how that works out over time.

We made our one large purchase for our new lake house--a sectional with two power recliners--from Sofas and Sectionals before we even took possession of the house. It was a risk without having access to measurements, colors etc. but with furniture being slow due to Covid, I wanted to order asap. Matt Miracle, sales rep. was so helpful as I continually bugged him for swatches and questions. I made the decision after changing my mind a few times, based on one of the many leather swatches I got (Bronco Carbon) and it turned out PERFECT. They said it would come in 12- 16 weeks and we got it just two days after the 12 week mark. A custom made sofa. I got the white glove delivery and sure glad I did as it was a COLD day and my husband was not home, so they unwrapped, plugged in and set everything up for me. Everything turned out perfectly and we could not be more pleased. I thought the price was also fair for a custom leather sofa and Matt even threw in a discount I was unaware of as well as a warranty. Very very good company to work with...thank you! We will enjoy this sectional for years to come.

We ordered a sectional back in summer and it has been great! It was custom made so it took a few weeks to deliver, but the delivery was great and we have enjoyed it since! We had a small issue where a board broke in our corner piece last month. We also had a pillow that was under filled but didn’t think it was worth mentioning until the board broke too. I contacted S&S right away and they were super helpful! They sent a filler replacement for our pillow in a couple days and also sent someone out to fix the broken board. The board was extra reinforced! The service has been really great & thanks to Elaine for all her help!

I ordered 3 different times with 3 different manufacturers but the service with Sofas and Sectionals kept me posted everystep of the way. Hannah kept me updated and was exceptional. My only frustration is that it took longer than originally anticipated due to shipping concerns. But I did get everything and they are outstanding pieces of furniture. I'm glad they are all American made and truly fine workmenship.

The process was smooth from start to finish and the customer service was exceptional. Our sectional came exactly as we ordered it and I'm writing this review sitting on it. The team at Sofas and Sectionals were forthright about shipping delays due to Covid-19 but our products still arrived well before the quoted timeline.

Wow, after countless hours searching for a sectional that would fit our space, I found sofas and sectionals. I was contacted quickly by a representative, Jennifer, and she is amazing!! She helped me find, and order two sofas exactly to our specifications for two rooms. She was so professional and prompt with emails and phone calls, she made it so easy. We couldn't be more pleased and look forward to receiving our order!! Thanks again Jennifer :)

We had a very good experience with Sofas and Sectionals. The sofa and loveseat actually came a little earlier than scheduled (it came from Canada so we did not experience some of the pandemic-related shipping issues). The furniture was in perfect shape, but a small piece was missing from one of the feet. I contacted them and they said they'd order one immediately, and it came fairly quickly. We had one issue with delivery, but it was probably more of a pandemic issue than a S&S issue. We'd ordered (and paid for) white glove delivery, and when the last-mile company contacted us about delivery they told us that their people could not enter the house. We contacted S&S and got a quick refund, and used it to hire local people to get the furniture into the house. It would have been nice to have been warned about a potential issue when we ordered, though.

Bad customer service. They didn’t stand by their word. They advertised a price and when I ordered the console, received confirmation of the order, they then sent me an email saying it was discontinued. I know it wasn’t because I checked. the reason they said it was discontinued was because they advertised the price incorrectly. Wasn’t my fault, I purchased in good faith. I emailed them and they haven’t even given me the courtesy of a response. I’m shocked and appalled! This is NOT the right way to do business. Mistakes are made but they don’t honor their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend this company or buy from them if you can’t trust them.

It was the constant updates that Sarah Nevarez gave me to prevent me from canceling my new couch order. There was many factors that delayed production and shipment, Due to Covid. She assured me that they were doing everything possible to have my order completed. My last correspondence to her, I told her, I was hopeful that I would receive my order for the holidays . I received my order , the day before Thanksgiving. I love my new leather couch set! The quality is exceptional!
