Their satisfaction guaranteed warranty means something. I’ve never had any company go to the lengths they have have to make sure I got what I wanted, especially Sarah, but also the sales team. I did not like the style or covering of the first (sleeper) sofa I ordered, nothing wrong with the quality, just didn’t like the choices I made. They never made me feel the least bit guilty or awkward about changing my mind. I was shocked how easy they made it. They went out of their way to answer my “million” questions about styles and fabrics, waiting months for me to make up my mind. Thanks to their patience, I absolutely love the sofa I ended up with. This was my first time ordering furniture online and I was a little apprehensive about making such a large and expensive purchase online and with a company I've never heard off. I found sofa and sectionals when doing research on a pair of reclining chairs I was interested in and saw at a local store. I found the exact chairs on S&S and they were almost $1000 less, so I called them and was reassured they are a legitimate business. The sales rep made me feel at ease and I placed the order. The communication was spot on and the special order chairs were delivered in the stated time frame. I did have a small issue with one of the chairs but it was a manufacturing issue but Elaine from S&S was a great help in getting it resolved with the manufacture. Very quick response and very helpful on all fronts. I would definitely use S&S again the next time I need furniture. Great Job S&S!!!!

While it was something of a wait to get my new sofa and two armchairs, I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. They are beautiful and well-made. The customer service representative immediately addressed some missing legs for one of the chairs and we received them promptly. The delivery service was also very professional. They unboxed everything and put it together exactly where we asked them to. Overall, a great experience!

I love love my custom Palliser leather sofas! Where else could I find a beautifully crafted purple leather sofa set? The leather is soft, the cushions firm, the frame solid. The sofa and love seat were absolutely worth waiting for!

I bought two leather chairs from Sofas and Sectionals. I was nervous to buy from somebody online, but it was a great experience. They were extremely prompt in sending me samples (highly recommend!). They kept me in touch through the building and shipping process. Anytime I would email they would email me back within a day to check on my order. One part of one of the chairs felt loose, and they immediately arranged a repair person to come free-of-charge to check it out. I will be buying all of our furniture from them in the future. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind what they sell. In the Spring of 2021, I bought a sofa and loveseat for our home. Throughout the course of the year, the springs inside the sofa lost a lot of their resiliency. I contacted Elaine at customer service and explained what was happening. The first effort to rectify the matter was to send new cushions with the hope that they would make the seating more firm. Well, that didn’t work, so I contacted Elaine again and let her know. Elaine then contacted the furniture manufacturer directly and informed them of the matter. Unfortunately, they stated that they would not replace the couch. (Not very good for customer relations). But Elaine went out of her way to assist me. Elaine informed me that although the manufacturer would not compensate me for the defective sofa, Sofas and Sectionals would replace it at their expense. I really can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Elaine. She was a pleasure to deal with and kept me advised of every step she was taking to assist me. I highly recommend Sofas and Sectionals and will surely purchase from them again in the future. Thanks again Elaine!

I am please to say that Sofas and Sectionals provided excellent customer service during my purchase experience. Unfortunately, times are tough and supply chain issues interfered with a quick delivery as originally quoted. This was out of their control, so much of the blame lies with the manufacturer and supply issues. This company did their best to satisfy my inquires as to the delivery delays and were very responsive to my disappointments. Again, any issue I had lie with the world supply chain issues and the manufacturers inability to build my furniture in a timely manner. I am certain these issues are temporary and "Sofas and Sectionals" will treat you well.

Best customer service! After misordering one of our pieces (completely my fault), to my surprise they refunded the majority of the wrong piece, ordered the correct one for me, and let us keep the wrong piece until the correct one arrived. Our customer service rep (shout out to Elaine!) kept me updated regularly, even if the update was "we're still waiting because it takes three months", and was transparent through the entire process. The correct piece was delivered early and we are in LOVE with our new couch. I've wanted a sectional for years and had a very detailed idea of what I wanted. It is perfect, exactly what I had been imagining!! We couldn't be happier with this experience and I would recommend sofas and sectionals to anyone looking for a new couch!

I recently ordered my first leather 3 piece living room sofa set and was delighted by S&S customer support at every phase of my purchase. S&S sent me 8 leather samples and gave me excellent, honest advice and information on styles, models, and payment/production/delivery before I finally placed my order. S&S then kept me updated by notifying me when my order was sent to Klaussner, completed and finally shipped to me, and called me the day the furniture was delivered to see if the delivery went well. Finally -AND MOST IMPORTANTLY- when I reported the ottoman from the delivered set had visible construction flaws, S&S reviewed my photos, agreed, offered me several solutions, including remaking and returning the piece for credit, and carried out my chosen solution within a week. When you pay thousands for unseen new furniture and wait 3 months to receive it, you want to buy that furniture from S&S.

Bought a sectional from sofas and sectionals.com after pricing the same sofa at a local store at a much lower price. I contacted customer service after an issue with the delivery company and Sarah in the customer service department was incredible. She handled everything quickly and ensured we were taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a giant sectional at the end of October. Took deliver first Saturday of March. I’m beyond pleased with my purchase. Saved a bundle compared to other options and the service was great. I absolutely love our recline sofa and loveseat and recliner set!!! We had some issues w remotes not working and Sara was wonderful and took amazing care of us. We also got an amazing price, over $2000 less than other dealer. Don’t shop anywhere else!
