the rep was exceeding courteous and professional. the sofa is beautiful but i am not sure the leather matches the swatch i received (can't tell because i lost the sample) and there was a little hiccup on the delivery but not a serious problem

First time I ever ordered furniture on line. The chair was just as advertized, and arrived within the time frame they gave me.Would do it again.

Chair is exactly what i was expecting. Delivery was far slower than projected but that appears to be more related to delays at the factory.

Bought a 3 seater sofa that has two side recliners. The center seat also double hats as a pull down table when not in use. Used for 1 month, and so far quality of materials and colors were delivered per expectations which matched our old sofa set (matched swatches). Sofa provides decent neck/lumbar support particularly when reclined for movies. The only part is would have wished it had thicker lumbar support (or less padding at the top) to better follow the shape of the spine - but it still provides very good support when watching movies in reclined mode. As for sofaandsectionals, I took my order via the phone which the salesperson gave some recommendations that were very helpful to make a decision. The delivery arrived a week outside the window (6-8 weeks, but arrived on the 9th week). When asked about status of shipping, my emails were responded in an average 2 days response time, which is decent but was behind other online merchants in my experience, hence a 4-star rating.

For an online order I am very pleased with my order and the biggest help of all was getting the swatches to help with my decision. I was able to make my decision with the swatches and being able to custom drawing it to get an idea of what it would look like.

I really love my new queen size sofa sleeper and ottoman from SofasandSectionals. Sometimes you order merchandise and when it comes the quality just doesn't match the pictures that made you want to order them. This was not the case with this purchase I made, and the next time I need a new piece of furniture I will order from them again.

Website needs to shown more realistic colors. My sofa and loveseat are almost black and not dark brown with lighter highlights in the center of each cushion as shown on the website.

I was somewhat leery about purchasing a sofa on-line, so I called and spoke with a very nice man who answered all of my questions. I wanted a slipcovered sleeper that was going to be comfortable, and you had just what I needed. Delivery was exactly when promised, too. I have recommended you to a number of friends.

Had trepidation about ordering a sofa online but the process couldn't have been smoother. The company kept me updated regarding my order and it was delivered several days early, in perfect condition.

My buying experience was excellent. I picked the red fabric from the samples that they sent to me and I ordered the Broyhill Veronica Sectional Layout A with an ottoman. Delivery was great and the delivery men hauled the new furniture up three flights of stairs without any problems. They did not open the protective plastic and the protective cardboard but that's no big deal to me. My only complaint: The ottoman was about two inches too short so the top of the ottoman was not flush with the sitting area of the sectional. Too much trouble to ship it back so I decided to keep it. I do recommend getting a sectional from Sofa and Sectionals but I would NOT recommend buying an ottoman from Sofa and Sectionals.

My new sofa and recliner are great. Palliser is a wonderful brand and Sofas and Sectionals are A+ to deal with.

We ordered a corner sectional with sleeper sofa. It was delivered on-time by a very courteous team who worked diligently to fit it into our sunroom. The quality is terrific. Nice firm cushioning throughout, SOLID unit, heavy. The sleeper unit is actually one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced - it has nice metal support rods underneath that make for firm support. Couldn't be happier. Will order from them again.

I don't know how often I had to be in contact with the sales person to straighten everything out. First I was send pictures of a bedroom set I didn't want. Then I got the right pics. To figure out how to get my order send took them weeks. By then the bedroom set was not available anymore. In the same order I had 2 sofas. They where available. Supposedly their trucking company would deliver in 4 weeks. It took 8 weeks and only after I repeatedly stated the delivery address and got in contact with the selling and the shipping company. This type of experience makes you scared of ordering online.

They have wonderful service and you will feel like they really gave you the best service that they could. All you have to do is order from the site and soon you will get the exact item you want. Although rarely, you may have some problems but the customer service can help you quickly. I too have tremendous experience twice with SofasandSectionals so far. Finding a couch was harder than I thought. I had just gotten married and we were putting together our dream home – a beautiful old Victorian in the heart of San Francisco. We want to make sure everything was just right, since we were going to raise our children and grow old together in this home. However, it was difficult to find the right couch. Our home had an old world feel to it. I didn’t think the modern couches would not fit, but all the antique furniture I could find was all old and moldy or looked way too kitchsy (I didn’t want our place to look like a bordello). So anyway I searched everywhere for the right one – local stores, antique shops, even looked at getting one customized (too expensive!). Thank goodness I found this site! Finally, I found not only one couch but a selection of couches. The site itself was quite easy to navigate. I really likes that you could choose to look at price range, material, or brand. So I spent some time looking at the couches until I found the perfect one! I ordered it right away and now it’s sitting in my living room – I’m so happy!

I wholeheartedly recommend this store! If I could give more stars, I would as I had such a great experience buying from SofasAndSectionals.Com. I saw an ad for this website, and I clicked on the link. Now, normally I don’t just go to any online store but I was intrigued. This site had so many types of sofas. I was moving into a new home with my wife and two sons. We were a growing family, and it was time to move into a bigger house. I had everything planned for this beautiful house, including a nice entertainment room for me and the boys. I had my TV set up and home stereo system and now I needed a nice sofa for my entertainment room. I needed something large, in case I had guests over, and also it had to last a long time – I had two growing boys after all and they can be very rambunctious. Finally, I find the right one – a nice Lane leather sectional that also had a recliner. I ordered it, got the confirmation email and then the beautiful thing arrived at home just in time! I am sitting on it now as I type and am very very happy with it (as are my two boys!)
