Forms are not easy for clients to download and they are not wanting to sign them all. I called and sw Customer Support about this today. Clients expect a Docusign type format. For clients to sign, they have to: 1. Download EACH form. 2. Rename EACH form. 3. Upload EACH form 4. sign Hope this is resolved ASAP, thank you!
In the changing world of healthcare it’s hard to keep up and having a comprehensive practice management system that helps a practitioner do so is invaluable. Therapy Notes was such a place until a few months ago when I had to update my service location. I am a Telehealth practitioner and moved to another state. Unfortunately no one in customer support understood how to handle this change. After at least 4 requests for help I realized they did not have the knowledge needed to help me and worse was they did not realize it. I’m happy to say the supervisor I spoke with was open to hearing my frustration. There will hopefully be better support when a problem cannot be resolved after two attempts and more follow up after the third and fourth attempt. I was not able successfully submit billing for months for some clients due my change of address that no knew how to change for successful billing.
