I absolutely love TherapyNotes! I have tried some EHR systems but this one is amazing. Billing, scheduling, and progress notes are made easy with TherapyNotes because the system does most of the work for you. Additionally, the customer service is by far the best I've ever encountered from any business. They answer questions completely and quickly and are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Switched from SP at the beginning of the year and am so glad I did. The transition was not too bad, just a bit time-consuming. But the benefits that I've gotten have been well worth it. Entering demographics, writing progress notes, collecting payment and verifying eligibility are so intuitive, making it so much easier to complete. Love it!

Therapy Notes has been a wonderful platform/software for my practice. I appreciate the customer service and excellent features. Bianca in particular has been very helpful with navigating the system and addressing my concerns.

I just switched from a different EHR platform. They advertised live chat, but I NEVER received a response in less than 24 hours! When they finally responded, it was via email, not the live chat option. If I had a question about their reply I would have to wait another 24 hours to get an answer. They don't even offer a customer service phone number as an option. Also, I found it difficult to make format changes on their forms...and had to wait another 24 hours to get any help. As a new small business owner, I can't even describe how frustrating and time-consuming it was. I switched to TherapyNotes yesterday. Today I called for help 3x and each call was answered in approximately 1 minute! The different people I spoke to were all friendly, patient and helpful! They stayed on the line and walked me though each step required to make the changes I needed. I've gotten more done with TherapyNotes in ONE day than I did on the other platform in 2 months! I'm feeling so accomplished and so grateful for TherapyNotes. Also, TherapyNotes costs $10/month less! Highly recommend for all behavioral health practitioners.

I had an issue with signing up for merchant services, and CardPointe (the provider) was supremely unhelpful. The TherapyNotes support team - especially Rick - were very helpful in clarifying and helping find a way forward to address the issue. I cannot overstate how incredible the TherapyNotes support team is. Every time I have reached out, they have been clear, kind, and taken care of me and the issue swiftly.

I have needed to reach out to support a few times over the last couple weeks as we've made some changes and we are getting re-established with them, and their support team has been amazing to work with. They respond quickly, courteously and patiently as if they have no one else to speak with, and every time has been able to resolve my issue or point me to the correct place to address it. Their support team excels at customer service, and having a company that a live person answers my call and can talk me through my issues, it's just been a great experience. I can't think of another place whose support team compares to the experience I've had with them.

After reviewing all the EMR systems for psychotherapists, our group practice decided Therapy Notes was the best suited for our needs. We made the right choice! The customer service is beyond helpful and quick, templates for documentation are great, and the billing/insurance process makes our jobs so much easier! Only thing that needs some updates is the intake paperwork & portal process which can be very confusing to clients to navigate.

I have been using TherapyNotes since 2014. The program is user friendly and all of my practice needs are in one place--from intake to progress notes to billing and accounting. The best part of TherapyNotes is the phenomenal customer service! In all of the years working with them every customer support specialist has been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful! I have never been disappointed!

I appreciate and value the knowledge of the Support Staff who I frequently rely on to teach me something new about TherapyNotes. TherapyNotes has been a marvelous asset to my practice and when I don't have the time or energy to look something up or figure out how to do something, an email gets it done very quickly. As I keep learning my way around TherapyNotes I am more impressed with its thoroughness. Most of all, I appreciate the accessible staff that solve my administrative practice issues so I can focus on my clients!!

I am so very satisfied with Therapy Notes. They have gone to great lengths to create a software system that is geared towards the solo private practitioner like myself. I spent over three years unsatisfied with another company (who recently got a two star review from me but will not name them here) for they continually raised their rates while making less of the functions available to use. Therapy Notes customer service have been outstanding. Hope and Ashley to name two of the staff that have helped me get up and running are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. As I get more comfortable with this software, I will certainly be back to write an updated review of my experience. All I can say is if you are a therapist seeking some ease and convenience, I highly recommend trying TherapyNotes out. My one and only request is there is a smart phone app coming soon.

I had an issue with billing, and it was a user error. :) But, they were able to help me without making me feel dumb or judged for not knowing the terms. Very friendly and helpful.

Therapy Notes is an excellent software program. It allows you to customize forms or have them modify essential forms for you. Every staff member I have spoken to has been wonderful. Steven was exceptional as he was patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
