Jeff reduced my anxiety regarding a very complicated explanation of benefit immediately. I had been anxious to call to get assistance. But, he understood the complexity of the EOB, and immediately took action. Jeff was clear and patient as to what steps that I needed to take. Thank you

I am a private practitioner for mental health. I use Therapy Notes for my EHR and other services. The platform is easy to navigate and offers me many services. I have always recevied stellar customer service. They are open 24/7 which is a huge bonus for me since I also work full time for a county mental health clinic as well. I would highly (and have) recommended Therapy Notes to my colleagues.

I called TherapyNotes with a question about credit card fees and PCI compliance and, per usual, the customer service was great. Dan walked me through the answer and I appreciated his time and clarity. I have recommended TherapyNotes to a number of colleagues and they consistently report back about the great customer service.

Working with the technician was great. The prep had easy to follow instructions. The tech did not rush me and the problem was solved. Therapy Notes support is consistently good.

When calling into Therapy Notes today, I spoke with Ryann. She was very informative and helpful. She walked me through everything step by step to make sure it was done correctly. Although you may have to wait 1-5 minutes to talk to someone, you know it will be worth it because the staff is always friendly and wanting to help. I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service.

I recently set up a new practice, and was familiar with Therapy Notes from a previous practice. Their support team has been wonderful in assisting me with this entire process. It's worth noting that their e-prescribe feature is one of the most reliable I've used, and I am familiar with several other charting systems. That was the biggest selling point in choosing them for my new practice. Special shout out to Tilly in support who has helped me set up my e-prescribe feature after I had a few questions.

Great Customer Service! Melissa is great to work with. She helped me navigate the system and when something is not available took the time to listen and write down my suggestions. I really felt like my concerns mattered and seen them make improvements to the system which I am thrilled about.

Therapy Notes is Awesome. The software is intuitive and comprehensive making it easier to be compliant without having to think too much about the process. The 24/7 support is easy to use and actually helpful. I can honestly say I love this software. I have used several other EHRs and before becoming a therapist worked with other database software. Therapy Notes has put in the work of making things streamlined so you don't have to think so much and can just focus on doing therapy. My biller has also exclaimed more than once that this is the best software she has used.

I have worked with around 5 or 6 different EHR systems and at least that many billing systems. This platform is about as good as I could imagine for both! I save so much time, and it seems like I taking more money home at the end of the week. Customer service and tech support are great, which really helps!
