TherapyNotes is the rare company which still gives excellent customer service. In my most recent interaction, I called and immediately got someone on the phone (in the past, if there is no one immediately available I appreciate that they tell you what number you are in line and an approx wait time). Kat took care of me, calmed me down, helped me figure out what support I needed, walked me through the steps, even showing me directly what I needed to do, and sent me a detailed email outlining what we talked about. She also let me know the next steps and how to recontact her or someone else if necessary. I had been hesitant to pay for therapynotes as a solo practitioner who had done all the notes and billing myself for many years, but I don't regret my monthly fees in the slightest now!
Therapy notes is the best online software for psychiatry and other mental health services. The program is user-friendly and the support from IT is excellent.

Customer service is beyond excellent. Everything these folks do helps me manage my solo practice more easily. I cannot imagine having to use a different EHR provider. I have used them consistently since 2019, so over 5 years.
My interaction today with a support team member was extremely helpful and she was a delight to work with. I've been with TherapyNotes for almost 2 years. They provide outstanding customer service. When I have a question they respond in less than 24 hours by both a phone call and email. The work efficiently to resolve issues and keep you informed on upcoming changes to the program. However, I rate a 4 to allow room for improvement. I appreciate the improvements to treatment plans. I suggest and request there be an additional signature line placed on it for beneficiaries who are between the age 12-18. The added signature could be triggered by the client's birthday. Also, It would be greatly appreciated if the therapist originally signature could be stored for use on documents instead of computer generated of course the typed name and time stamp would remain. Client Profile could be improved by using a method similar to uploading insurance card information or taking a selfie. Also, I am pleased to see updates to outcome measures and the results being populated into progress notes. It would be nice if those baseline results were populated into intake to support diagnosis, dependent upon signed document date. Any outcome measures performed after that date would just show up on the progress note. Lol, That might be a bit much. Although it will be very useful. Keep up the great work 👍
