Therapy Notes offers quality practice management products for therapists. Their products are functional and easy to use, and their customer service team is also top-notch. Unfortunately, these things aren't ubiquitous. I'm thankful to have found TN, and recommend them to any therapist looking for EHR, billing, and client communication services.

TherapyNotes has good customer service communication. When I write an email, they respond the same day stating that they are assessing my question and will get back with me. Then they usually get back to me within 1 business day. Their phone support is helpful, too, but usually I like the convenience of emailing them. The last time I had an issue the service representative sent concise, detailed steps for me to follow (my question was about how to create a Superbill) and I was able to complete the task on the first try.
Expertise, kindness, quick response, follow up, and the product is the best available, bar none.

The rep exceeded my expectations! I tend to have many questions, all running together, which can make it difficult (for me and for a rep) to sort things out and get problems addressed and information expressed and clarified. Tommy breezed right through a fairly lengthy list of questions with supportive, intelligent and intelligible info--including many helpful ideas for best use of TN for my small business. He was patient without being patronizing, smart without an attitude :) I can't say enough--so I'll stop!

I am a marriage and family therapist in California. I have been in the mental health field for more than a quarter century. I went into private practice in 2013. I have been working with Therapy Notes for almost a decade. The staff, including "Rocky B." whom I spoke with today, has always been great: knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The site is easy, and intuitive to use. I don't know what I with do without them. Thanks Therapy Notes!

The representative I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. My questions were all answered and she walked me through steps to remedy an issue. I then received a follow-up message detailing what we spoke about and what actions were taken, including the process she walked me through for future reference. I can't praise the service I received enough.
