Therapy Notes is very accessible with knowledgeable staff available 24/7 to assist with questions. Moreover, when I asked a specific question today, received a follow-up email reflecting thoughtfulness and effort to give me a most effective multi-step solution. In the past I have used other electronic health record (EHR) systems, which rarely if ever accepted provider phone call questions and often took a day or two to respond to important provider questions.

The staff at TherapyNotes are very professional, knowledgeable and receptive. I have found that suggestions given are oftentimes implemented, as shortfalls are those also experienced by other providers. TherapyNotes is user-friendly but we appreciate the assistance given by staff members.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Therapy notes is absolutely terrible. They charge random charges and have stolen money that was earned by my practice. They are supposed to deposit transactions the next business day. However, 2 weeks ago, therapy notes held on to a day’s worth of transactions and never released the funds to me. I have called several times and no one resolves my issue. They give excuse after excuse. They hang up the phone. They say “we can’t do anything, it’s cardpointe.” At this time, I’m tired of the lies and poor customer service. I will be moving forward with taking legal action. They have had over 2 weeks to resolve my issue and have not. They are refusing to release funds that are owed to me and can’t explain why. This is a very big headache for me as I try to manage my practice. I no longer have confidence in this company as an EHR or payment processing system. Please, therapists, do yourself a favor. Stay away from these people. Simple practice is the top EHR for a reason. I never had these issues with them and will be returning to them as soon as I can. This company steals from their customers.

2 weeks into system it went down on their end and continued to charge full price of $3000 per month even though the system did not work!! would not negotiate on monthly fee. We had to continue to pay for a system that did not work.

A year ago I moved from a group practice where we used Therapy Notes to a solo private practice. I tried another system for a week, and came right back to Therapy Notes. I even got credentialed to take credit cards within 2 hours on a Sunday! (The other EHR system I tried out gave me an appointment 10 days out to do that!) For whatever reasons the group practice didn't use all of the features TherapyNotes offers, but now I'm using all of them-forms, scheduling, telehealth, notes, and billing. I've been using TherapyNotes in my solo practice for all year, and I'm happier than ever. A family I worked with a few years ago has come back to work with me, and they were so pleased at how easy it's all been to come back, using the forms, scheduling, telehealth and retrieving their superbills in the portal. When I was having issues with the billing services, the person assisting me, Emily, was so patient in listening to my concerns and helping me get it sorted out. This kind of services makes me want to stay with therapy notes.

Therapy Notes very rarely has technical issues. They are always adding updates and new features which is a plus. Customer service is wonderful and very helpful each time I've had to call. I'm very satisfied with them.
My interaction with Rebecca C. at Therapy was not only helpful in answering my service question, but personal, fun, and life-giving. I called to inquire about how to message a large group of clients to inform them of local construction near one of our wellness centers. Rebecca researched the topic, helped me troubleshoot ways to work around some limitations and move forward. She was kind, human, and entered into some fun banter about working on the weekends. In fact, when I told her I felt bad she was working on a Sunday, she replied, "I love working on Sunday. It's my pleasure to be here for you." TherapyNotes is complete, intuitive and easy to use. It does everything I need it to do. But THE best part is their customer service. Every call I have made - no matter the nature or size of the issue - the representative patiently walked me through until it was resolved. The reps know their stuff. And they’re kind & patient!
TherapyNotes is beyond amazing! I've been working with therapynotes for my private practice for nearly two years and I have nothing but good things to say. They are consistently supportive, communicative, and evolving. They regularly have updates with added features (some I wouldn't have even realized could be so beneficial).
