Excellent customer service. The product itself is very user friendly. If you struggle with anything, the search topics are easy to use and very self-explanatory. If all else fails, their customer service is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond to be helpful, follow-up with a summary of the call so you can reference at a later time if needed - overall Therapy Notes is exceptional and pricing is very reasonable.

I am a psychiatrist in a private, solo Palm Springs, California practice. I have tried several EHRs before discovering TherapyNotes. I have had, by far, my best experiences with TherapyNotes. My workflow has improved significantly, as have my billing and collections. The e-prescribing module works well and allows an integrated check of California’s controlled substance utilization review and evaluation system. Telephone and email support are outstanding! Someone always responds quickly. The recent addition of built-in outcome measures, with the insertion of the trending scores into the progress note, has been very beneficial since many psychiatrists practice measurement-based medication management. I give TherapyNotes a five-star rating and recommend it to my colleagues.
