I have used TherapyNotes to do billing for my wife's psychotherapy practice for 3 years. TherapyNotes is a great application that makes it easy to submit claims, charge clients' credit cards, and apply payments. TherapyNotes support has been outstanding. Therapynotes just resolved an issue for me for a BlueCross claim. The client had Anthem Blue Cross insurance, but Anthem denied the claim due to an EDI data issue. TherapyNotes, working with their claims clearinghouse, determined that I should submit the claim to Blue Cross Massachusetts. This seemed odd but Blue Cross Massachusetts accepted and paid the claim. Reseaching and resolving this required time and persistence on TherapyNotes part.

I am a new customer and new to the private practice world. I had tested out a few other systems prior to deciding on TherapyNotes, due to the assortment of features it offered and positive reviews. Today, when setting up contact with my first client, I had multiple questions about how to use TherapyNotes to communicate and allow them to share documents with me, and when I called the support line there was no wait time to speak to someone. Kristy from the support team answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took the time to walk me through the steps and also sent me a thorough follow-up email I could look back to for reference. I've been very happy with my TherapyNotes experience so far and highly recommend this EHR system!

I've ALWAYS really appreciated the speed with which my calls are answered. Once on the line with the support personnel, my questions / issues are resolved with the utmost professionalism. EVERY call is also followed up with an email regarding the issues and in THIS instance, steps to resolve the issue in the future were all laid out. WAY TO GO!!

This company has stayed on top of any issue. They are continually updating the product and if a clinician has a need they easily take feedbacks a d implement those into the program. So much simpler to use and a much better product for the patient than the other leading products.

Outstanding custom service! The staff completely know their product and are easily able to answer questions. I have a significant neurological disability and they have been uncommonly attentive. The world needs more organizations like this. I hope they pay their staff well because they are in a league of their own😊

I have heard excellent things about TN's customer service and got to finally experience it myself! I spoke to two lovely people yesterday who got my questions answered quickly and who knew EXACTLY how to help when I wasn't even sure of my questions. They are fantastic.

Therapy Notes help and support has never disappointed me. They are there 24/7 with minimal waits. The help is trained, knowledgeable, motivated to help and solve problems. They are patient and respectful in the process and if they do not know the solution they find someone who does. My admin assist and I frequently remark to one another how wonderful this resource is. I've used five other EHR services for psychotherapy software and NONE compare to this. If there is something they can do better they ask, they research and improve. Thanks!

Long term user of this EHR. Platform is frequently updated with helpful features--without increased cost. Customer service is responsive and skilled. I needed assistance with PCI compliance and the support professional went above and beyond in updating my PCI compliance and requesting a fee refund.

As a psychologist, documentation is an ethical obligation and a bear to handle. TherapyNotes makes it easy to be organized and thorough. They have form templates that indicate what needs to be documented for each type of note (e.g., progress, termination, etc.) and allows shortcuts from earlier notes, where appropriate. The scheduler lets you include everything you need, and is linked to notes and billing, so that nothing falls through the cracks. You can bill insurance directly and easily with a push of a button. There is even an option to take cash, HSA, or credit card payments. And customer service via telephone where real people answer the phone 24/7, and are professional and supportive. There are more features but the best thing is that TherapyNotes is the most professional electronic medical record (plus) system out there.
