I experienced issues with my card terminal and was unable to take card payments. I contacted the technical support team and was called back by Rudolf (Rudy) immediately. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, Rudy resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Coming from someone who used to run a telecoms network technical department I know the difference between someone reading from a diagnostics tree and a highly skilled employee. Rudy is a true asset to your company and to your customers. I cannot thank you enough Rudy.

THIEVING LIARS !! Went with these last March , and finished by May . Should of thought more about going into it when the rep Vish didn't show up for our meeting, no phone call nothing! After 4 hours phone's & blames the traffic. Second meeting an HR late , should of told him to get out. Got told we'd get 5 week notice then the £290 would come out our bank for the machine. 2 days after being told £360 came out . Vish told us your payments would go in every day of the year, Xmas day the lot. We went NINE days without a payment! After phoning & being sent from person to person 11 time's was told "well it is Easter" got the money & again no payment for 5 day's! Now I want out. We're told by Email send the machine back & you can have your money. Every phone call saying well must speak to Graham, the chosen one, because you won't get to talk to him. Phoned Vish the rep what's going on & all he says it's out of my hands now mate, nothing to do with me! 2 weeks ago I got back £100 , a lucky escape reading most of the reviews . FOR GOD'S SAKE KEEP WELL CLEAR, IT'S ONLY MY MACHINE YOU'LL END UP WITH !!

This is the worst customer service ever, it's a scam , they don't let you cancel the contract, plus employees are not listening ,i wasted a whole day on the phone.

I spoke to Sonal this afternoon, as I had a problem with taking a payment, she took her time, fully explained what she wanted to do and soon my machine was ready again to take payments...thank you.

I signed a contract the 24 Feb. 2022, before they sent the machine I changed my mind and I sent to them a e-mail explaining my wish, when the machine came I refused to retire it but they charged me more than 300 pounds and my bank paid the amount, I tried many times by emails and phone calls to get my money back but I was unable to get any refund for something I did not have... Further they are pestering me with a 5 pound monthly charge to stay in a Club that I don't want be part...

We have been dealing with Jamie Gransby who has been really good and responsive. We have always had a call back from him within hours of reaching out via email. We can't recommend working with this agent enough!!

*Update. Still no contact from Graham or customer services email address provided? 🤔 I presume what they say on here is just for show. I need someone to help me now. I am desperate. I have ring the customer services numerous times, been on the phone for hours. Still no help. I recieved an email off RMS saying that my card machine contract would end after 30 days, email was on the 29th June. I have paid over £300 for the card machine which was only 4 months ago now they want it back and to stop the service? No explanation why? I can't speak to anyone to ask any questions. How do I get my money back for the card machine?? I'm not sending it back unless I get money back for it.  Please help and dont just give me a number to ring in indian as they don't do nothing other than say they will ring back. Regards  Daniel Jones

we have been wiith them for many years and they used to be very good but the service of late is awful. Have had to tell them the same thing 3 times. Money has been taken from our account and yet months later they are still requesting payment. You can and you should be doing better! Have emailed credit control on several occasions and they do not reply (based on the fact that they keep sending out the same request I can't conceive that they actually read our emails to them).

Really awful experience with faullty card machine. Company left me with no working card terminal for 3 months! I was sent 3 machines, all of which were incorrect within that time. I a now trying to cancel my contract as I am getting no where with it. No one calls back to explain what is going on. Checked my phone bill and iv spent 93 hours calling them!!! It's cost me a fortune in time, stress and money. There seems to be no paper trail of events so every time you call they give you a different reference number and have to go through explaining the whole thing again. Avoid at every cost!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My employer died at the end of March and as his bookkeeper I have been trying to help his Thai wife get the account changed to her name. After several phone calls and many broken promises she is still unable to access funds and as a result May go out of business.

We cancelled our contract on 20th May 2022. The PDQ machine which was agreed to be collected on 23rd May 2022 still stored by us because no one collected. Still getting LOVE letters from credit control to pay for services cancelled in May. Why OH why put me through all these headaches. Sort this or I shall put this into Small Claims Court within 7 days of toady 6th July 2022. BE WARNED AS COMPANY IS A JOKE

So this is now my follow up review, QUITE LITERALLY THE WORST CC PROVIDER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! Never have I ever had to deal with such incompetence in my working career. So let's start from the beginning, I have a rep (DEAN SCOTT) that miss sold me a contract under the terms that RMS would buy me out of my existing contract with payment sence. We sign the contract and though great. WHAT A MISTAKE! I get told by him every time he spoke to me that they will buy it out but everytime I speak to the relevant department they say that my contract length is too short to qualify for the buy out. This is not what I was told and this is definitely not what was sold to me! The rep then decided that answering my calls or even having the decency to reply would be out of the question. I then leave a review on here and then finally get a reply saying that he is having some family issues and still saying that they will buy us out of our existing contract ( so I thought fair enough i will cut him some slack ) he says on the message that he will give me a call on a specific date. That date came and went then a few more weeks pass and guess what to no surprise no response. I send him a message saying that I'm still waiting on his call. Again no response. I contact RMS I raise a complaint I wait and I wait then shock horror I get a response by letter stating that I need to increase my contract term, again I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A HIGHER CONTRACT TERM. SO.... Currently I am stuck paying 2 CC providers as a small business. I can cancel with payment sence but they will charge me £600 which is what RMS should have been paying. So thought I would come on here and share my story. If anyone else is in the same boat as me please do contact me as I am going to be taking RMS to court and will be issuing them with a summons to court next week for the miss selling of a contract and the impact is currently having on my business. Also just to note I was also told by Dean Scott that he will sort out my ppci dss compliance and I find out today that has not been done and i could be fined so now have another thing to add to my never ending list of clearing up after RMS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW ONCE I HAVE RECIVED A OFFICIAL RESPONCE FROM THE RMS LEGAL TEAM ONCE THE SUMMONS HAS BEEN RECIEVED AND CONFIRMED AS THEY DONT HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON WITH THIS ONE.
