Melvyn was talking to a digital dinosaur, (not good with tech stuff) he helped me by talking through my problem with my card machine!!! If he had not done so I would not of been able to take any transactions today!! Thank you Melvyn !! Greatly appreciated !!

On the busiest day of the year the card machine went down. Michael Fortune was more than magnificent. He slowly went through lots of menus and after 30 minutes found out the problem, even through my wild jabbering. He deserves flowers, chocolates, gin in fact he was one of the best online guys I have ever had the pleasure of being guided by in 43 years of business. Also, what a lovely speaking voice, so calming. Now there is someone who deserves to be on the front of Time magazine as man of the year.

Melvin was very helpful, i had a problem with obtaining a new supervisor code, and on three previous occasions but no told me the code they gave me was only temporary one to enable m to reset my own code

Ashraf was the most helpful in the whole of RMS with the 4 years of being with them this passed year was the worst as when they moved to elavon bank the machine kept going offline on schedule or down.. I would recommend takepayments great rates and no dropping offline
