Dear RMS We have been without a card terminal for over a week now and are still without one. We have lost so much money...! We have tried to contact you by email and have not even had a reply. We are hereby cancelling our use of your machine on our premises and will be seeking financial reimbursement for monies lost through your neglect to replace the terminal in adequate time. hi i have had murders over 6 months they upgraded my machine but the machine wouldnt work after numerous wasted phone calls i had to make a complaint i was then told they had sent me a 2G machine that didnt work i was sent an email from Vincent Nardini SAYING ALL HIS MACHINES ARE 2G THIS IS TOTALY UNTRUE as the machine i am returning is 3G do not use a terrible company and as for vincent i dont think he can lie straight.after 6 months of no machine they were forced to supply a machine that worked this was 3G it was there after comments i didnt like ps i have been a customer for 7 years at least .i would not use now if they gave me a terminal free

Shumel was excellent from start to finish. From saving me over 50% on card fees after using sumup, to setting up, i called him after the machine arrived an d he came on the same day to ensure savings were made ASAP. Would highly reccomend.
Been with them for 4 years ! They are now using a foreign customer service team now who are utterly useless had 2 terminals go down 6 days ago and still no replacement but they charge you a sos fee now on your bill to sort things faster but this is just a con ! Explained to them how can we run our shops with no terminals and the earliest they will be replaced is a minimum of 5 days waiting !! New contract being signed Monday with a different company ! CUSTOMER SERVICE DREADFUL STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I wish there is less than one star to rate RMS, it's an absolute rip off company and do not know to handle complaints, their main purpose is just to sell the machine and there is always hidden fees, as well as the sell people they use just talk lies. Terrible company to deal with, avoid at all cost's. Have been a loyal customer for years, decided to cancel our contract summer 2022, got a much better deal with a local company. Cancelled contract in writing and returned terminals. First, said we owe money for cancelling a contract early, contract was last signed 2017. Asked them to send me copy of any recent contracts which they have failed to do. They have now us an email saying they will issue court proceedings regarding this matter. Numerous emails to them and they are not responding. Have now noticed lots of business seem to have the same problems. Has anyone reported them to the FCA? or taken them to the small claims court?
My experience was great , it help me to be more trustworthy of myself and others, and to be more patience. The experience was worth it.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Faulty card machine , rubbish customer service Scammers They can’t even replace their faulty card machines, Lots of fake reviews they have to make them legit. Rubbish
