zero zero zero!!!! worst company i have ever dealt with the terminals are absolutely rubbish do not use this useless company! asked on numerous occasions to speak with the complaints dept and wouldn't even put me through

I would give this company 0. Awful service and very dodgy. I have tried to cancel my accounts as they have not been used in almost 2 years and they are saying there is a £2k cancellation fee (per machine, I have 2). They are now threatening legal action.note they also have fake reviews from themselves on here.

Faulty terminal, unable to replace for 3-5 working days. Unwilling to accommodate/make other arrangements, suggested courier or temporary solution (old stock terminal) to help us to meet business needs. Terrible service which seems to be a common trend for this company.

Worst experience with a card machine provider. I tried to cancel my account and i did but they did not inform me i had to cancel with Elavon also. I have been sent a bill for 3 extra months from elavon because of RMS DO NOT USE THEM!!

Worst card provider i have ever used, after a four year deal ended which after six months had changed we gave notice to quit, after many phone calls to which must now be an overseas office and a lot of time trying to explain i wanted to cancel, time i will not get back, i finally got the account cancelled, I asked the operative if I had to cancel global payments three times and he said no we will cancel it with global, today two months later i get a bill from global for not using the account, so i had to phone rms again for 40 minutes to speak to customer loyalty and they realised after a while I had actually cancelled so fingers crossed they have done itthis time. Stear well clear of this no longer uk based company.

Turned up to fit card machines and couldn't get anything to work, gave up after an hour and left, next time I heard from the was my first month's bill (for no services) after a few calls to complain they said they'd cancelled our contract, since then I have had 2 more bills and the latest is a £2000 cancellation fee for leaving our contract early 😂 my advise would be if you heard the name rms hang up the phone and block the number!

Absolutely rubbish company from day1. My faulty terminal has still not been replaced after 9 days. Lost thousand of pounds. Still no answer from them. Gone with Barclaycard. Reporting them to the necesarry bodies.

Dean Scott - He is a lovely young man very helpful and accurate at his job. Very pleased with his services & with setting up our new terminal. Also he will be providing aftercare when we need him. This is really good as in this generation was fed up with dealing with robots on long phone calls. I would rate Dean 5*

Our card reader stopped working last Thursday 27th October 2022 as it was no longer supported by the company - so we should have been sent a replacement reader weeks ago, but they didn't send one. Currently 5 days later we are still without a card reader and we cannot speak to anyone in the UK as all the call centres are in INDIA. The staff in INDIA have been super helpful but they have absolutely no control over the UK depot sending us a replacement unit, all they can do is send emails to the UK informing them of the issue. We have requested call backs, we have raised an official complaint but have had ZERO response from anyone. Meanwhile we are unable to take card payments at our business, which is a local gym and it is the 1st of the month when all membership renew. This is costing us £100's but RMS care not. The only thing I have been able to do is cancel the DDR in the vain hope that they call me to discuss this! If you run a business and rely on card payments AVOID this company at all costs as they literally IGNORE you and leave you in a vulnerable position financially.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, AVOID AVOID. They are sitting on my money for 5 days not paying and 100000 phone calls later not one person can help or sort the problem out.

New account with RMS. I have phoned the business salesman to contact me yet no response at all. Money is going into the incorrect bank account which is causing cash flow issues. The machines are not working and keep cutting out. Told tonight that RMS do not have 24hr service for Veriphone machines. No care for the customer at all and I been dealing with them for years in other businesses. It is just getting worse.

I tried to cancel a contract with this company after 6 days and told me as there was no cooling off period in the contract it would cost 1k+ to get out it the contract!!!! I had received no terminal or engaged their services for n ANY way. They’ve said that they will deal with my complaint by the 15th DECEMBER. Horrendous customer service!! Killing a small struggling business!!
