Our card machine was having connectivity issues last night and with the evening about to begin we were in danger of losing a lot of money. Out of hours...and....above and beyond, Mike took the time to guide me through the stress and helped me get the machine back working! That's the kind of customer service that people should expect from Mike.

Fraud / Mis-selling company Do not trust RMS they will either mis-sell you a contract or change it during the period of the contract. Our contract expired, when we requested our account to be closed they informed us we would have to pay up-to £1000 because we were still in the time period. They claimed we renewed the contract halfway through its period. We actually reported a faulty machine which was then replaced by an older machine. The rep then decided to class it as an upgrade renewal and extended the contract. At no point did we ask for this, just the card machine to be sorted so we can use it. We are now having to take this company to legal for a potential act of fraud. Something we could have done without. My advice is to avoid them!

Retail merchant services have withheld £12,500 of our money for over a week due to a clerical error between them and elavon the people who actually supply the service. You cant speak to anyone in the Uk it all goes through to India and due to the lack of understanding they cant help. Only use this company if you dont mind having funds tied up for weeks on end that you cant access. What a joke!
Vinit Kharat was very polite and helpful. Understood what I needed and explained everything. He requested a rate review for me and it has resulted in my card fees being reduced
I have to say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, the customer service is terrible and most of them have not a clue what you are talking about, had to wait a week to get my card machine fixed and tryed to cancel my contract early and the were Charging me a fortune to leave early. They promised to ring me back 3 times but never did and once took me over 50 mins to get through as I was out on hold and then they hung up !!!! …. Stay away from them and definitely don’t not use them …!!!!

Nothing but excellent from start to finish and beyond… I won’t lie I was cold called to arrange for Joanna Ayling to visit and see if they could help save me money on my card machine. Normally not giving cold callers the time of day I agreed and a date was set (didn’t even take 30 seconds) Jonna arrived as planned and was spoken through all the different options to help me save money not what earned them money…. good start…. An agreement was made and the whole process couldn’t have been any easier, in fact I praise Joanna for her dedication to the attention to detail and customer service she offered and is an asset to the RMS team.. The aftercare has been outstanding and nothing ever seems to be a problem.. I would highly recommend RMS and if your able to deal with Joanna directly then do as your guaranteed to have the perfect service that you wanted and are looking for… 10 out of 10 for me… and a massive thank you to Joanna for your help.
Dean Scott came out to see us and was able to save us a lot of money on our card fees. He was really helpful and able to answer all our questions. Dean then organised the smooth transition between the old and new providers. He came and installed all our machines personally and gave all the staff training on the new machines. We are extremely happy with the service Dean has provided and would recommend him to anyone.

A company that exist to scam small businesses out of money by wearing you down with poor service and then try to rip you off with early exit fees. Avoid at ALL costs! Absolutely dreadful company and no customer care! When taking out the contract we were told one year and then be on a 30 day rolling contract and that there were no additional fees to what we had been quoted / told... completely the opposite! Customer service department do not have a clue! Do not respond to you at all. Been asking since March for a copy of the contract but not received, charges trebled, cannot get Global Payments to tell us why as they are the payment processer through RMS. Our bills gone from £200 per month to £700 with no notice or explanation. Insist on using an email address we have not had access to for over 18 months, cannot access Global Portal etc it just goes on. Cannot understand the customer rep as their English is poor. Went without 1 card machine for 4 weeks over christmas as no one arranged a replacement and the first one sent was the wrong one. Additional charges added to the invoice after one year with out consent or notice and I note we are being charged PCI compliance fee by RMS and I suspect fines by Global. Neither will sort. Now being told £1400 early exist fee applicable. We will be taking this further and will not be paying any more money to this shocking company!

Great customer service - Always prompt with answering requests and issues. My BD area manager (Mike) has gone above and beyond for my most recent equipment installation to ensure the set-up is progressing, as I’ve found very little time in my working day to do this myself. Really grateful so far for all that RMS have done & continue to do for my company.
