Avoid this company or prepare to be ripped off! Originally signed up after being told we would be refunded the 'buy out' fee for our current provider - this never happened and all communication was ignored. An new employee took payment on a stolen card yesterday and I immediately contacted the bank who have alerted the card holder and will bounce the money straight back to the card holder. Crime Number received yet RMS are still going to charge transaction fees. Its all about the money to them, in the process of leaving this company and honestly cannot wait to be rid of them!

Was happy with the service provided. im not very good with tech, so it was nice to see Shumel provide the support in which he did in setting me up online properly making the process simple enough for me. would definately recommend. Shumel was hepful and professional, although he did come later than arranged, but the communication was there and he did all he promised in the end.

Shumel from start to finish was impeccable, he kept me updated throughout and made it effortless. Operating as a garage owner, I am always busy and this was a seamless experience. He set me up online and gave me everything I needed. He even placed a calendar reminder for when my contract ends and pci compliance is due for renewal. No doubt when I get these reminders I’ll be calling shumel!!! Could not recommend more highly!!! An asset to your company. A+++

Couple of days ago I wrote a right the fraud and I have not received the any replies regarding the cancellation as replied they have sent through a link which doesn't work, pending to assort the issue so can someone write a legal procedure to allocate this issue within their review because it has cause my dad stress, as we asked for the price but they fraudulently used my dad's sign to their trash contract so I really looking forward to hearing from you all, although I have reported this to trading standard cuz I gt emails hence the day one and sales representative recorded conversation through our store cctc as I was not there or I would assorted this myself

AVOID AVOID AVOID I cancelled the contract within the legal cooling off period and have had nothing but problems trying to get away from this company. The customer service team promise me it's all sorted and then they keep trying to Bill me for the machine even though they have collected it. I've called so many times to sort this out...aaaah..so much stress caused. Stay away from this company...

Had no problems with RMS until selling our business and trying to transfer our account to the new owner. I have had to call multiple times after being hung up on and getting nowhere. The Indian call centre is a joke and there is no one available that speaks English as a first language. They continually misunderstood what I said and could not get us anywhere. I then tried the sales number (as they put you through to people who can speak English), only to be told they can't help me but they would transfer me to their Milton Keynes call centre. Well apparently there is a Milton Keynes in downtown Mumbai because I was back at the Indian call centre. Absolute joke of a customer service centre that has ruined an otherwise positive exprience. I am now on hold to the Indian call centre again, and they are purposefully leaving me on hold to take the mick. I have in good faith tried to cancel or novate our contract and RMS is now in breach of their contract with us by failing to allow us to do this. We will therefore not be paying any fees in relation to not "officially" cancelling, as we repeatedly have not been allowed to do so. Please for god sake can someone from the UK get in touch with me.

We are a shop, which relies on card payments. Our card machine failed on the 7th September 2022, we contacted RMS to be promised a replacement within 2 business days. We are now on the 23rd September and after numerous calls to the hopeless call centre (which is located abroad), still no card machine, every time we call, they promise 1-2 business days for a replacement. On our last conversation with them, we were told the machines were on back order and a different brand will be sent out, still we are waiting. RMS please move your call centre to the UK as the service we have received is disgraceful.

Dean Scott - Dean was recommended to us and we cannot fault him. He has given us a great service and came to fit it all in for us and fully explained what to do and what to expect. He has communicated with us through the whole process and made it really easy.

Never had problems with this company but it seems like they have moved offices abroad and the company are now a shambles. Just signed a new contract and new machine is faulty causing loss of customers as payments can’t be made. I have spoke to the employee’s of rms several times and it’s like speaking to a robot with incorrect answers. Finally they have accepted a fault in the machine after 1 month and agreed to send another one out and guess what 2 weeks later we still haven’t received it and still can’t take payments. Take your business elsewhere as in these uncertain times they could easily push you into closure.

Shumel provided a first class and thorough service. Not only did he save me money but he assisted me in all manners of switching over. He helped me close my old account with my previous provider, set up our new machine, set me up with our online account for full visibility and even set me up to complete my PCI compliance. What I really liked was that all important contact details where noted down on a piece of paper which I can refer to, should I ever require any support. To top it off he personally put a reminder in my calendar to remind me to complete my PCI compliance in 12 months time so I don’t forget. He was very honest and transparent and most importantly kept his word and promises, which I value above all else. I would highly recommend Shumel!! Thank you!! Shout out to Albie too, who set up the appointment!!

I've written numerous emails to RMS without response, I cancelled my card machine contract with them as the machine was faulty and paid the final fee. Now 3 months later they claim not to have received the terminal which they had collected by DPD and are demanding £399 plus vat, plus a further £500 plus for termination fee that has already been paid. Now the threat of legal action without further communication, bit unsure how that would work, terrible company to deal with.
