Trouble free order and purchase. Immediate dispatch to dealer. Dealer was not so fast - received item on 9th June and it's now 13th and no call from the dealer for me to collect.
I bought a cheap petrol strimmer from Homebase. It broke the first time I used it so I got a refund and went online to find a replacement. Mitox came up in a Google search and after due research I bought their new entry level two stroke strimmer online. The process was very straightforward and the machine was delivered to my local dealer free of charge. When I went to collect it a week later the dealer had built it for me and run it up. It was handed over with pre-mixed long life fuel and a smile. I used it to good effect at my allotment within the hour. The whole experience was excellent and I heartily recommend the Mitox brand. Someone there knows how to do business and keep their customers happy.

Had to return strimmer as leaking petrol would have liked a replacement instead of being mended.
If you have another silencer for this machine capable of lowering the exhaust noise level send me one ,otherwise I am satisfied with my purchase

I bought a mitox chainsaw and had great customer service from the gentleman called Chris Fenton at Rochfords. The chainsaw was a surprise present for my uncle but unfortunately I had to return this as my uncle had purchased the same model himself. There was no hassle receiving or returning the item.
Product was exactly as described. Looked at it in a local dealer prior to purchase and was impressed. Saved £20 by buying on line. Arrived very promptly.
I recently ordered the multi tool Mitox 26 MT. I am not a very technical person and it took me a few hours to assemble but this was at a very relaxed pace. I have used the hedge trimmer attachment and it appears to be very good. I have not mastered the art of using the chainsaw but will contact Mitox for advice. After receiving the product , I had to ring their customer services. I spoke to a guy called Lewis who was very helpful and very polite. He picked up the phone within a few seconds and dealt with my problem. He was excellent.
Telephoned to discuss requirements and saved carriage cost by collecting from local dealer. Very pleased with the strummer good value

I can't fault my buying experience with Mitox. Delivery took one day as promised. Instructions were very clear and the new Mitox Petrol Strimmer is so efficient and easy to start. I would recommend it to anyone especially if they have a lot of grass to cut.

So far so good. Item arrived on time and working fine. Instructions in english are well written. (not in chinglish like some products these days) Would happily recommend the product. Cannot comment on durability longevity. However, bought a similar but more powerful from Amazon for £20 less. Let's wait and see.
