Purchased the Mitox 5 in 1 multi tool to replace my broken unit. Though this one has a smaller engine I do think it will be powerful enough and more economical. It is a little fiddly changing one tool to another but once attached it feels solid. I chose the multi tool that has the soft handle which is more comfortable than my old machine. I bought the 28 model on offer direct from Mitox and saved a wee fortune !, with prompt delivery direct to my door, saved again !! Thank you Mitox . J.Y., Fife.Scotland.
I had hoped to buy through my Mitox dealer but because there was a direct sales discount on the web site the dealer said they couldn't get it at that price. No problem buying direct, but perhaps Mitox could find a way to give dealers an incentive to provide support even of discounted products?
This has made life on site much easier! Extra long, posable blades are absolutely ideal for reaching the tops of hedging and even for trimming our willow trees! Also buying direct was much cheaper than using the usual websites, so we saved some money too!
looks good build quality seems very good. Easy to assemble with the instruction manual and if you get stuck I am sure there is always someone on the end of the phone or on-line to help.have not tried all attachments yet. only negative point is the stick on alignment arrows soon come off so I have used a permanent marker to mark new one's. only time will tell how good it all is,perhaps it would be better to have more time to use before reviewing.

I purchased a Leaf Blower. It developed a problem which was initially though to be a petrol issue. My Item was collected and the guys solved the issue and returned the product back to me in full working condition and at no cost to me. Mitox - got the issue sorted so I am really happy. I thing I did learn - use a B3C Ethanol Shield in with the Petrol as this makes the 2 strokes engines run much better. Mitox - 10/10 for sorting my blower out.
I experienced problems with the brand new Mitox 26LH-SP hedge trimmer, the engine keeps cutting out, and continues to. The response I got, although prompt, was not very helpful other than to suggest the 2-stroke fuel mix was possibly wrong, or failing that it was the carburettor that requires adjustment and that I should take it to my nearest Mitox dealer. All at my expense and inconvenience.... Not really the customer support or service I expect when I have purchased a brand new tool.
Recently purchased a Mitox 28MT Multi Tool. This is an excellent buy which has made my gardening chores much easier, Great company to deal with - I would highly recommend A+++++
cool machine zips through the wood with ease my only concern is its a touch on the heavy side, but I did buy this knowing that it was fairly heavy
Ordered a 460UVX brushcutter one day late afternoon and it was delivered next day! Had the machine a few days and then had a starting problem. Chris very helpful and I realised I had inadvertently flooded the machine! Followed his advice and no problems since. Brushcutter is well built and very powerful so would highly recommend.

I bought this machine brand new end of 2014, it wasn't the cheapest on the market but I had heard good things. Little did I know !! I used it once when I received it for about maybe 2 hours of and on. Used it again the following year 2015 for about an hour. Went to use it in 2016 and it spluttered and would not start. Put it away and got someone else to cut the hedges. Noticed that the rubber seals were rotten on the fuel tank. Replaced these in 2017. Wouldn't start so gave up. Read about a fuel filter problem so I purchased a new replacement filter. Also bought a replacement carb kit and replaced that, fully cleaning the carb. Thinking this might be the problem. Futher testing it seems the ignition coil is faulty. Just ordered a replacement ( £44 ). Considering this machine has had less than 4 hours of use and looks almost brand new as I have kept it indoors for storage, this has been one of my worst ever purchases. I have a Titan Multi tool from Screwfix and its never had a problem. Got Stihl Brush cutters and Chainsaw, over 10 years old and still going strong without having to buy spare parts. I would never buy a Mitox product again after my experience with this.
