I purchased the Mitox 28MT Multi-Tool on the 25/5/18, first impressions were really good, all the parts are well made and it went together really easily, the instructions are not perfect, but, with a bit of common sense, it was not difficult to assemble all the components. When I tried it out for the first time, it started up first time, again really impressed. I tried out all the attachments and was really impressed with all of them. I then tackled my first main task a 3m high conifer hedge, really pleased with this for a first attempt, the only negative is that it is pretty heavy and takes a bit of getting used to with the extension pole attached, but makes a big task really easy! When I tried the chainsaw on it's first real job after about 20 mins of cutting which went really well, again really impressed with this tool, the chain came off and I realised that the tension screw had come loose and was lost. I contacted Mitox via their website to try to order a replacement, but they don't have an online spare parts ordering service, however, when I emailed them regarding my requirements, they responded immediately and arranged to have the spare parts sent out straight away FOC! due to the machine being brand new. Again I was really impressed with this too, great customer service! This is a great garden multi-tool, its well made, easy to use and is backed up with great customer service.
I already have a 'good' hedge trimmer (a Tanaka) but it's heavy to hold up to trim the top of the hedge so I decided to buy a cheapish long-arm trimmer for that bit. Mitox seem to get the best reviews for these sorts of items so I bit the bullet. Delivery was quick (a couple of days). The machine's a bit noisy and clanky compared to the Tanaka (which was more than twice the price) but it gets the job done and it's so much easier to use on the high stuff. Although I bought direct from Mitox, there's a local dealer that can undertake servicing if I ever need it.
Delivered on time and to date the 5 in 1 is working well and having no problems. One thing is include all the extras you give with the product, oil tools etc as this shows even better value for money

Pre-order communication was good. Order delivered in about 12 hours. Both would have achieved 5 stars. Unfortunately 2 enquiries about strimmer line left me unable to order from Mitox due to a daily slow response to what was an urgent order needed for next day. If the order hadn't been urgent the response would probably been adequate. In addition it would be helpful if it was made clear on the website if the free next day delivery applies to accessories.

The machine itself seems pretty good. Documentation for assembly is poor. no more than 3 out of 5. Youtube guide on replacing the cutting line is excellent.
Purchased direct from Mitox, was on time and exactly as described. An excellent value high quality strummer.
I am very happy with it but it is heavy. I knew the weight before buying but until you use it you don’t realise how tiring it is to hold for 15 mins say. The delivery was efficient and the fact that I have a local dealer is great. Not having a cable makes it easy to move around the garden and driveway etc., and it remains as powerful for however long it is in use unlike a cordless.

Hi, On registering the product the purchase date was wrong and register the problem with your help line I received a e mail stating this had been past on to your webshot dept. had no reply. The hand book does not instruct how & where to assemble the extension pole.The advertised cutting length of 5 mtrs is an error 2m 1m =3m please explain.The free oil on the advert is rather small in relation to the advert. regards, don webster
Assembly is fairly complex and instructions are not good enough. It takes over one hour to assemble. Chainsaw attachment is very poor - there is no way the vice clamp they give you can hold the chainsaw in place and the supporting bar they gave me didn't seem to fit, so use it without the chainsaw attachment. The bench is sturdy enough but not particularly satisfied.
