Had a few petrol strimmers in my time but this Mitox one is by far the most reliable and well-built I've ever owned. 10/10

Great value product. It is quite heavy though and within 1 hour of using it the main handle on the shaft sheared off, even as I was using the harness to take as much of the weight as possible on my body. Very disappointing and frustrating as it is unusable without this handle.

Never having ordered from Mitox before I am very impressed. The equipment was delivered to my local dealer the day after ordering. It was then assembled and commissioned and ready to collect and use the following day. Mitox kept me informed via email as to the progress and my invoice arrived the day after ordering. The equipment has been used and all works as it should with no problems encountered. All in all a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Mitox equipment and service

bolt that held air filter cover worked loose during first use lost it together with the air filter
had it delelivered to the local dealer, where they did a pre delivery inspection all down to Mitox what good service, well done Mitox good service
The on - off switch is far too near the throttle, and is very light, therefore it is so easy to swith the machine off by mistake, also, it cuts out on its own accord quite often ! mainly when you turn it to cut vertically from the horizontal, and it does NOT start again easily, and takes several pulls of the cord before it'll restart !
