I requested 2 test to be carried out. I paid for an EICR test and ANNUAL FIRE ALARM TEST of 5 smoke detectors. This company undertook both test in less than 20 minutes and supplied the certificates. Only 6 plug sockets were checked during the EICR test. That was it. He spayed smoke at one of the smoke alarms and that was the annual test. Nothing eles. Both these test should have taken at leat 4 hours or more according to NICEIC. Their phone line email and web page have not been accessible. When i did talk with them i was told i got a good deal and no explanation why the NICEIC engineer did not do full test or write anything down when at the property. He only took a photo of the fuse box. Yet somehow 2 days later he was able to complete a certificate from memory. I believe this company is not doing the work correctly and i would not recommend anyone using them. I have requested a refund via email but my emails are returned with error DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great Website for booking but disarray after that. I wanted a quick and reliable certificate for an EPC and Gas certificate. I found the website great and easy to book an appointment. When you select the time of the appointments it doesn’t state that it’s a time slot so be wary that you may need to allocate half a day if they arrive between 9-12. There was some issues with my boiler that day so the they could not do the Gas certificate but the EPC was straight forward. 1 week later and no contact, no bill or EPC certificate, rang up the office and was in quite a disarray. Took my details and never rang back. I chased again and was told that it will be with me in 2 hours. Got an email next day with the EPC certificate. How do I pay? No details.. Got an invoice a few days later with the due date the SAME DAY. Payment details stating that late payment is subject to compensation plus interest charged 8% above Bank of England base rate. The website does not explain anything that happens after the appointment, the staff did not explain. The engineer did not explain. I found the payment terms to be extremely poor and unrealistic, it would not be a company that I would be using again. Landlords with multiple properties don’t have time to deal with disorganised companies like these. This is a failing not at one point but on several areas, website/staff basis which is the company really.
