The engineer faltered with time . He was due to arrive between 12-4pm but actually did not turn up until 7 pm. It caused lot of problem for my tenant. Not a very pleasing experience , was it ?

I was selling my property and was just about to exchange when the purchaser wanted a safety certificate/ new fuse board installed which meant it had to be done as quickly as possible. I contacted Landlord Safety on the Wednesday, they came on the Thursday to inspect and installed the new fuse board on the Saturday. I was therefore able to exchange the following week. A very professional/polite and reliable company, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Made appointment and got it done straight way,
I had to call 3 times to get certificate . The engineer initially want it to change the appointment in the same day but i had to assist and he agreed to come but 1 hour. Staff was helpful in tthe phone and apologies for certificate delay.
