Berry good service and professional Manner
Great communication over the phone and very friendly good discount offered, however was asked for full payment over the phone after booking in the Gas safety check and boiler service to reassure booking would be kept by me. Booked in for 3-5pm when I was told no AM slots available...the engineer then arrives 10:30am to my surprise to do the work (although he did call me 4 mins before arrival). Had to contact tenant apologies and ensure someone was home... Wrong service was given on the day. Full electrical test was carried out to the property instead of the service that was initially booked for...wasting my time and the tenants time. Fairly embarrassing explaining to the tenants as to what had happened.... The engineer apologised few times and mentioned someone will contact me to re arrange the gas safety check...receive 2 emails with two different time slots but no show. I was expecting a call from the company to discuss but to my surprise nothing at all, apologised to the tenants and booked the service with a new company.. Company has great reputation just not sure what had happened with me..lool.. :)
Without hesitation I recommend the services of this company excellent customer services at a competitive price.
Good value and reliable service
Rude conduct and unreasonable behaviour. Not good for your business.The property was covered by British Gas Home care and we had no issues all these years with any one except this one engineer of yours. The engineer left terminating the conversation in the middle. I am providing this review because I received an email. Otherwise, I have no interest otherwise in pursuing this. Soon after I submitted a review, I received a reply with a threat to report me to rogue landlord for providing the feedback. I have a witness to this incident to verify what happened and I have a full past record to show as evidence which goes against this particular individual's observations on the issue which was never raised by any other engineer nor British Gas for over 15 years. I am happy for this issue to be further investigated to verify who is at fault.
