Booked Both EIRC and Boiler Service & Gas Safty with LSC very smooth and pleased to have Mahdi, a very kind young engineer, come to have the both done efficiently, very easy and clear communication with him on the day for his coming, come on time even though he had got many jobs scheduled before he driving a long way to me, do appreciate it! Highly recommend!

Excellent service provided by Aiman Shahid. She booked the engineer to suit my availability and followed up. The engineer came on time. Examined the gas appliances, provided advice on latest legislation and also made minor adjustments. A wonderful service. Thank you.

The engineer was very quick and efficient. Organising the appointment was very easy. EICR certificate is not released until payment is made.

I have used this company for 3 years but will not be returning. Price competitive but service completely lacking. Booking process seems easy, you select a date/time and then expect them to show as promised. However... 2023 - called on day of installation by engineer that his van had broken down so needed to reschedule. Ok fair enough. 2024 - installer never showed. Neither company nor installer contacted me to say they couldn't show. Tenant rang the company and was told that installer's van had broken down. Highly unlikely I think we can agree. Company never apologised, not rebooked, not prioritised. I will never use them again and have asked for a refund. Should the refund not be given promptly, I will be claiming through the credit card for failure to provide the service. UPDATE - I was called by someone who was very apologetic for the mistake and explained that an IT upgrade caused the issue. He has promised me a free service next year. I have revised the review up to 2 stars based on this one person. I wish the company had better customer service to contact you because of the mistake they made and not because of the negative review on platforms like this.

Aiman Shahid was really easy to work with and made the process very straightforward. We were able to get an appointment within a couple business days and the engineer who attended our property was friendly and professional. We would recommend to anyone!

I booked this service through their website. After adding all the card details, and confirmed the booking, I never get an email confirming the visit of the engineer. Yesterday I called them, and after "confirming the booking" and charge me £207, the man on the phone says that "unfortunately they dont work in my area (Cardiff), so they wont be able to carry on the testing and that my money will be refunded in 90 days". He didnt say anything else and hanged up. I've been trying to call costumer service to get more information and make sure I am actually getting my money back, but nobody answers my calls. I have 0 trust that I will get that money back and I believe the service was horrible

I telephoned yesterday 2nd July and spoke to Aiman Shahid regarding an EPC inspection. I was advised that an inspection would take place between 3pm and 6pm today, 3rd July and the inspector would call an hour before. It was agreed that I would pay cash. At 5.15pm I started to call the office and no one answered so I ended up leaving several messages. No one called back. I then emailed at 6pm and received an email stating that the inspection WAS scheduled for today/this evening and would still take place. It is now 8.45 pm no one has called, emailed or contacted me. I understand that delays happen but not to have the common courtesy to keep your customer informed is poor. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clearly someone is there as they responded to my email but won't answer the phone. I've just wasted a day waiting. I am so glad I didn't pay in advance for this service. UPDATE On the 4th July I received a telephone call claiming 😡that someone had called at my home to do the said EPC inspection but no one answered😡😡. I queried this as the original arrangement was that someone would call an hour before arriving - I had no missed calls and said so, I was then told the engineer had the wrong number 🤔🤔... strange as I was being called by them, I shall say no more on this. An appointment was made again for between 3 and 6 pm today. The inspector duly arrived and I cannot fault him. He was a young man, appropriately dressed, he was very polite and explained to me what the EPC inspection entailed and how the EPC final assessment was arrived at. I explained my experience/frustration with the company he apologised profusely on behalf of the company. I was asked to take down my original assessment which I refused to do as it was an honest and accurate reflection of my experience however I did agree to update it accordingly and have done so. I believe in second chances so would work with this company again. Feedback for the company... work on your Customer Service. Communication is key. Answering emails but refusing to answer your phones does not give a good impression. Be honest, if you are in the wrong, acknowledge your mistakes don't lie to customers all that does is alienate people and get their back up. Once you start to lie you are digging a hole for yourself which just gets deeper and people aren't stupid.

Very quick to charge £189 + vat. Pinto was the person who came to visit within 10 mins he was out of the property, I made specific requests for the back boiler to be checked, he had no clue how to switch it on. It’s been 6 days since this unprofessional visit and still haven’t got a clue if I am going to get a certificate or not. And this guy said he is only qualified to check and not provide any recommendations or new installations. Called a few times now and only get through to them when I select sales options on the menu, every time to be told they will get back to me with an update in 24 hours but no response until I call back again. Avoid like a plague, there are so many more reliable and qualified professionals out there, don’t fall for this company just because it comes up first on your search due to good AdWords on google.

EPC certificate not received after I was assured it was performed and would be sent. In addition, the fire certificate did not include everything I was expecting, such as an evacuation route and safety I could share with my tenants

I would definitely recommend this company. I recently used this company and there was an issue with which was resolved promptly. I found the staff to be honest and genuinely trying to help.

Please do not use this company! Booked an EPC and when the man arrived did not look at all professional as had a scrap piece of paper to do the EPC which concerned me straight away. I called after 3 days as was not showing on the EPC website I was told the man had lost the paperwork! They constantly lied and were also told it was a computer error on the government website and more excuses after that. They are rude and incompetent and I have no idea how they are trading. I'm currently in the process of reporting them along with the estate agents as they have never heard anything like it. They don't pick up the phone to you and when they do they put the phone down on you. So rude! You have been warned not to use them or you will be very unhappy and out of pocket and very stressed as constantly on the phone. Dont trust most of the reviews on here as they are fake. Check the bad reviews as all saying the same thing on how bad this company is.

Can now update my previous review. Have finally received a phone call and email with apologies regarding the miscommunication and delay. If the company can in future improve on their customer services then we will highly recommend them and will certainly use them for our other properties.

I enquired online for a fire risk assessment to be completed on 8 May 2024. As part of the process online you have to submit your bank details. The page acknowledged receipt of my enquiry. I did not hear back however £5 was deducted from my bank account. I have called twice to seek clarification why this amount has been debited from my account. During the first call we lost connection and on my second call, the advisor promised to investigate and call me back. I am still awaiting a response and am still £5 down and not sure why. This feels like a scam.

We were able to book in an inspection for the next day which was great. Drew came, he was polite and helped us to get the certificate really quickly as i told him we were in a rush. Really happy with the service.
