Cheap for a reason. Bad customer service. Don't keep you informed. Have to keep chasing them for your certificate. So frustrating as a customer. I don't think their electrical tests are thorough, it took 30 minutes to do an electric certificate which I have been informed is not ideal (been told by another electrician if done in such a short time some parts of the test must be forged). They have so many good reviews so I am just disappointed. UPDATE: You did not send the report within 2 days, even when I called and asked for my certificates I heard your engineer on the other line saying 'alright, alright, I will send it when I send it' (Is this professional?). I complained so many times over the phone so your reply just shows that my complaints were not logged or taken seriously which shows that you have no professional standards to be undermined.
It was easy to get appointment and the electrician phoned me as I requested 30 minutes prior to coming as I was not going to wait around when it only takes me 15 minutes to get there. He did as I requested when he came he was was polite and explained to me what he was doing. I would recommend the company to my local landlords.
Cheap, very cheap, but customer service isn't great. They're probably just too busy cos they're cheap!
This team of engineers are extremely professional and do their job in time with excellent compitance. They are lovely to speak to them about any problem and they respond to any emergency with in few hours with very nominal charges which perhaps would pay for their patrol. I like their extreme positive attitude towards their professional work. Wonderful to work for you.
As a property maintenance company i always need a reliable service for my customers with a fast turnaround and Landlord safety certificates deliver just that. I wouldn't use anyone else but these guys

Excellent professional service!
Got certificate and paid. But after the engineer left later we found out there was no heating and hot water. We called him but he said that he was too far to come back to put things back. Tried to explain what to turn and what to press. We could not managed. Thank God the neighbour had the builders working at their home. When their plumber came he put things back and said that the pressure was installed incorrectly. Do not recommend. Choose somebody locally.

I wrote a previous review which I want to correct previously before regarding this organization, so I want to apologise about this based on this mistake so here is the total truth, because I did use this service and paid down for a gas boiler service so I can gain a gas certificate but after a couple days after payment they send me a email saying they can no longer keep the appointment so it had been cancelled and they asked me if they can rebook another appointment in the next couple of days, meanwhile I wasn't impressed with there customer service quite frankly as a new customer, as I made appointment that had suited me online on there website that have calender attached to it, that shows what days was available for engineers to do the job for the customer. When they cancel the appointment I told them the other days wasn't suitable for me and they decided to refund me back my money which I did receive. But I realised by using this service they didn't really offer reliabilty to the customer based on what they said on there website so I had no choice by then but to try another company that offer the same service but there customer service wasn't that much better than than Landlord Certificates, unfortunately as I didn't receive my certificates that I paid for regarding the gas and electric which by mistake I had there service mixed up with this above organization maybe because they had a similar name that I remember and they do the same service as this above organization but anyway that is another topic for another review. Put it this way there services regarding this above organization could be better. If you want evidence based on this review I can provide, so it proves that this review is totally genuine the 2nd time round.

If anything else goes wrong during the work, they try their best to sort it out without hesitation. The engineer arrived in time and did his job with great care. He answered all my questions explaining things in details.

I was greatly disappointed because I was given a false perception from the reviews I read about this one-man business. I decided to try them out because their review was very good, but I now want to believe that the majority of these reviews were FAKE! My appointment was between 8 am and 12noon. At 12:12, I called the engineer he said he would be with me by 12:30 and then changed his mind and said o by 1 pm. I told him I was starting work at 1:30 so it is not a convenient time for me. He then said to me "I AM DOING YOU A FAVOUR".etc. At this, I was angry and told him I have paid for a service, and he is telling me he is doing me a favour? He then started to talk over me despite me asking him to stop speaking over me. He then said, "IN FACT I AM GOING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER". I was so so surprised. (I recorded our conversation, so I still have it on my phone). I got to know it is a one-man business because after a month my money was not refunded. I called and spoke to a lady who kept saying "I WILL PASS YOU ON TO THE ENGINEER", I told her several times that I am not interested in speaking with the engineer I need my money refunded. She still says she will put me through to the engineer, I then asked who she was, and she said: "I AM THE ENGINEER'S WIFE". I then asked her whether it was the same person who has to do the refund and she said yes, I then told her if my money was not paid ASAP I will report them to the Financial Ombudsman, she then said "he will call you back ASAP, and he did. Refunding my money was another saga, but at least it is now paid after six weeks. I SINCERELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM,
