Was initially impressed with this company in terms of price, ease of booking and professionalism if the engineer however I paid the invoice within 2 hours of receiving it and a week later in still waiting for the certificates and report. Respondes to emails were swift prior to payment and now nothing. I was informed that all would be received within 72 hours of payment and yet nothing. I rang this morning (8 days after paying), and was told that my request would be rushed through. Still nothing.

Excellent service throughout. Turned up promptly on time and was friendly, polite and professional. Realised I had a valid EPC in place and alerted me and refunded me straight away which was honest and appreciated. Would recommend and will use again.

I was expecting 9am appointment but the engineer turned up at 6pm lucky I only live down the road ,the engineer was very good and polite (booking side not so good )

Very professional and will use again
The booking process was efficient and the engineer came on time, with good communication prior to the appointment. HOWEVER, whilst I ordered and paid in cash for both gas and electricity certificates and the engineer confirmed all was ok, I only received the gas certificate and my follow up email request to send the electricity certificate went unanswered.
Excellent service would strongly recommend. All at a reasonable price.
