This is my 5th year to use LC. They are just such a great company from the lovely office staff to all the gas and electric engineers who have attended our properties. I really can’t rate them high enough! Also they are just so reasonable in prices!

I would not recommend this company , they do not state there is a call out charge , but a few months ago they came out & there was an issue with our gas meter, & job could not be carried out so we had to pay a call out charge. Then then send you threatening emails until you pay up & they are relentless.

This is the worst company for for an estate agent to deal with …terrible communication! can’t fault the gas safety but the EICR electrical side would get a big -0 rating!!

Everything went smoothly with the gas safety test. Engineer came on time and provided good communication explaining what he was testing. Aiman provided good customer service.

Very good service provided by the company. I needed the boiler to be replaced and also the renewal of my gas and electrical certificates. This was all provided promptly and am happy with the overall outcome

Really great service, particularly from Aiman who got the gas safety check organized very quickly (we had a last minute request) and got us the certificate straight after the check took place. Very happy.

I phoned to make an appointment for gas check on 15 sept for 2 flats in the same house I needed specific time I was told 8 to 1pm One tenant could be there for one flat the other tenant was not As I leave one hour away I could not come before 10am and I had an appointment for 1pm so I had to leave by 12am I could not be guaranteed that the engineer would come within within these 2 hour slots So I cancelled one certificate I had been in communication with Aiman She then phoned me several times to accommodate my needs and contacted the engineer to also arrange for him to come during that slot I am glad to say that her help and effort were fruitful The engineer arrived at 1130 abd was able to do one certificate for the flat whose tenant was out and then proceeding to do the next one where the tenant was available so I left on time for my appointment I appreciated her help as it saved me making another appointment and coming another time

Very efficient service

Had a young engineer called Yunus come to do a certificate for my property he was very mindful and respectful to my house. He called me before to ensure that I would be home which I was very greatful for as I have kids and have to do a school run , he made me a very happy customer as not many people are mindful to school timings. He answered all my questions and helped me to understand any concerns, would love to have him as my regular engineer man

Aiman has been exceptional in facilitating and assisting with my requests. I've been using this company for over four years, and they never fail to impress me with their professionalism and quality of service.

Excellent service above and beyond what was needed

Stay away from this company! I made the mistake of using them a few years ago and again this year - forgetting the appalling service I received the last time 🙈 I booked the EICR straight away with no issues and good communication to start with because they want the business. I reiterated that I needed the certificate asap but didn’t receive it until 4 days later and that was only because I started complaining numerous times throughout the day. They told me they would send me the cert once I made payment but when I followed up to say I paid, they were telling me they hadn’t received it. I then was asked to send proof of the transaction which I did and still accounts said I hadn’t paid. One girl (Aiman - Amy for short) said she would sort it and she did but only because I told her I would be reporting it as a fraudulent transaction. Once she did, she begged me to leave a 5-star review because she went out of her way to help me and was told that it’s her fault if they don’t receive payment. I then received a link from Trust Pilot but I won’t be deceived or forced into giving good reviews for companies like this!
