Booked online over the weekend for Monday after been let down by our usual company. Was called on Monday morning and given an hour time slot, they arrived well within the time, carried out the EPC and emailed me an electronic copy by that evening. Everything when smooth and will be using again.

Booked on Aug 15th for a PAT test on Aug 21st, 9am. On Aug 20th at 10.28pm I got a text from the engineer saying he will not be able to attend due to religious holiday. He proposed Aug 25th, and if not ok with me he will rearrange with the office. I called the office on Aug 20th in the morning. I asked to send someone else during the day or the following day, in line with what they state in their website ("same day service in London & M25 area"). I made clear I had new tenants moving in on the 24th. A lady told me I will be contacted shortly. In the afternoon I got a call from a gentleman saying the engineer will contact me asap and that he will squeeze my test in his schedule. On Aug 22nd in the afternoon I called again the office as no one had contacted me. I was told they are short on personnel, they apologised, and that they will ask the engineer to call me and arrange the test hopefully for the 23rd. Should this not work out, they offered to refund me (btw I opted for paying on site, i.e. nothing to refund). End of the story: I AM STILL WAITING TODAY, OCT 9TH, FOR THE ENGINEER OR THE OFFICE TO CALL ME BACK... ……

I had to arrange a gas safety certificate for a tenanted property. There were no issues in arranging this and the job was well priced, would use again.
Excellent service in completing an EICR certificate at my property in Watford. This highlighted that some work was required on our fuse box to bring it up to standard but this was arranged swiftly by Samir and Lukas with the retest certificate forwarded afterwards. Very happy with the service and will use again.

The engineer turned up late; over four hours after the appointment time was booked. He provided vague explanations in issues and up in seeking a second opinion missed a number of defects that are serious issues. There was no follow up on the suggested works despite saying they would get the office to contact. Do not use!

I booked a gas safety certificate test, noting that the contact should be my tenant, providing all of the contact details. My tenant took a half day off work to accommodate and was left waiting while no one showed up. On calling the company, they informed me that they had tried calling me, got an international dial tone so hung up. They made no effort to email me or let me know this had happened. I was promised that they would reach out to the tenant to reschedule, and when they did offered very limited options which didn't work out. I only know this because I called them, AGAIN, a few days later and they told me. I asked for a refund which took a week for them to process. Poor service, poor communication would not recommend.
