Two complains a) They have changed the day arranged and b) I realized that after their visit my boiler stop working and then I had to hire another service to resolve the problem that I didn't have before it.
Not sure about the so-called un-insulated earth wire Mr Electrician showed me. Where did that come from? Or go to? It was not at all visible to me or the experienced electrician I usually employ when he and I went to look at the offending fuse-box.. He was away when I needed to get a Certificate. - that's why I came to you.

The engineer, Waqas Koreshi, was very quick to respond, skilled, and helpful. Great service. I'll book again.
Engineer turned up 6 hours late, completely ruining all plans on a Saturday. No apology. I contacted the office about this and they didn't even bother to reply. The engineer said I would get the certificate that night. 5 days later, I had to email the company again to request the certificate. The inspection itself was quick and very basic. Cheap but definitely won't use again.
