Ordered a sofa from their website which claims to hold 800lbs. One of the legs completely folded over despite not being used as a primary sofa, and only being used by one person. Upon inspection, this sofa is essentially cardboard. There is no wood to try to reattach the leg to. Hulala refuses to accept return or refund even though the sofa is only 90 days old. Beware of buying this junk.
Cheryl in customer service was great; she worked through a minor issue with us and made it perfect! Bottom line, my wife loves her new desk, for an Interior Designer to love it, says a lot :)

Automatic recliner for my 94 year old mother stopped working 60 days after purchase (past 30 day warranty). Cheryl began working with me to see if we had any options. It has been a long process (2 months) and many emails, but a new motor was delivered and now her recliner is back in operation. I was so impressed with Cheryl, as she did not let this fall through the cracks. She was kind, patient, informative, and relentless to make sure there was a positive solution. Thank you so much!
I bought a buffet. I was leery that it would look cheap but it looks great. Easy to put together. When I got to the last door I realized that they drilled the knob hole on the same side as the hinges. Ugh. When I emailed the company, their response was quick. They offered to give me some money back if I could fix it myself. There was no way I was drilling a hole in that. So I asked them to just send me a door which they said they could not do. They offered me more money or a new unit. I really like the buffet so I got a new unit. They were very fast and professional in their responses.

Love the chair that we purchased. Just as shown online. Also I made an error with my shipping address, and was able to reach out to the and they responded on a Sunday, to make the correction to the address foe me. They followed up to make sure all went well.

My husband received a complimentary comfort recliner chair from Hulala. There were a few hickups with a delay in the color we chose. We were given an option of getting immediate delivery of a different color chair but we decided to wait. Customer service at Hulala was very responsive each time we asked for an update. The chair came and is just great. Packaging was exceptional and the chair appears to be of high quality. I will not hesitate to place an order with this company in the future.
I ordered a sideboard on sale from Hulala. It was a great deal for a solid wood piece. Some of the pieces had been damaged during shipping but Hulala replaced the damaged pieces for free. I’m already very impressed by the quality of the sideboard. I’d definitely buy from Hulala again.
This is one of the most expensive items in this site. I ordered it, it was shipped, I placed very close attention to its progress, it was delivered. Except, it wasn’t delivered to me. The desk was delivered and was signed for by someone unknown to me. I checked my order to make sure I had the correct address and it did. Promptly called Hulala Home and the rep says “Oh, the item was delivered to their partner who was to provide white glove service to install the desk”. What?!? Nowhere on the site and through the purchase process was there a mention of any “white glove” service, this is very odd. So I ask for the name and number of this entity that has my desk and I get “it’ll take us 48 hours to get you that information”. After paying $2000 for a desk, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to want to know where my supposedly “delivered” desk is at.
Good product, but it was missing a piece. I contacted support and they immediately sent me out a package with the missing support legs and stayed in contact with me until I had them installed.
Furniture was packaged well for shipping and arrived without a scratch. Assembly was so easy and took very little effort. Customer service was proactive to reach out to ensure satisfaction.
I placed an order for two teals chairs weeks ago I was told they would be in stock mid February now they saying mid march..... this is so not professional. Why is there no date to go by.. also I received no email stating that the date was pushed back... I wouldn't recommend ordering from them...And please update your website because it's stating that the chairs are in stock when they are not!!!!
Hulala has been amazing - the best customer service I have ever experienced with an online retailer. They communicated with me during the back order phase and are very quick to reply and make sure their customers are happy. It was nice to have a personal experience for a change. I am very impressed!
Just received our reclining sofa, dove in color, it's beautiful! The UPS drive was awesome! The sofa is a beautiful color, works perfectly, very happy with the price, just all around very satisfied! Highly recommend, Hulala furniture.
I purchased a chair from home depot, that had some damage due to packaging and shipping. I contacted Hulalahome and the stepped up to the plate and sent me a replacement chair out immediately. The follow up and communication in between was exceptional.
