The sage color is lovely. . The only problem I have is that I am short and my feet do not hit the floor. I wish I had waited before ordering and had gone to your store. We destroyed the boxes the chairs came in so we can’t return for an exchange. Also, wish I had gotten cloth instead of leather. I was so limited on color and style. I really wanted a wingback. None of this is your fault.

This place has horrible customer service. Charged me for a chair I ordered on the order date. It's 6 weeks later & I still don't have the chair I ordered. I just received a chair, but not the chair I ordered. I contacted them & 4 days later I hear from them from China. I need to print a label to return their error. I don't have a printer! Buyer beware!!!! This is a Chinese business with horrible customer service!

Exactly what I ordered, very nice quality chair.
Colors and size true to description and timely delivery. Only thing is it’s not very soft to sit on. Not a chair you sink into to read a book - more a sit up and visit’ kind person of chair. But we like it a lot.
The quality of materials excellent, as was the packing! You should be aware the delivery person and unpacker have a very heavy unassembled item. That being said assembly took just under 4 hours. Some might be willing to pay more to have this accomplished. Instructions were are bit flawed. Steps 4 and 5 there is NO mention of the placement of parts H and I related to proper positioning of the pre drilled hinge holes. This can result in hinge placement holes in the back of the unit which creates the need to disassemble and start over again! Frustrating and not efficient use of time.

Ordering online was easy, delivery was fast and putting the sofa and recliners together was simple with easy instructions. I am so pleased with the Sage color. The pieces are beautiful in my home.
