Overall good experience. The only negative was the delivery itself. The driver just plopped it on the ground. It would have been nice if they let us know they were leaving it. The chair was packaged well so no damage. It was easy to assemble and exactly as pictured.

I was very disappointed when I received my chair and found out it had a flap in the back and not a solid back. It looks cheap with just some velcro across the bottom of the flap, not even any on the sides. I have an open room where it sets and the back shows. I feel like I paid too much for the chair in that condition. Also, I did not notice the open back in any of the pictures on line.
I had to order at the last minute and the team worked so hard to make sure my chair was delivered on time! They could not have been nicer! Not only that they called to make sure it got to me on time.
