Bought item over 10 days ago. No movement on item. Have called multiple times and get placed in forever hold. Sent emails, no response. Attempting to cancel my order.
I received an item that had a damaged part that caused issues when trying to put my item together. I’ve been calling and emailing for days without a response other than one that is AI generated. I’ve waited on hold for twice a day for 30 minutes to be told there are no available agents and then I’m hung up on. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again just due to the customer service I’ve received.
The doors do not line up well resulting in them being not level with one another. It also makes it tough to open the doors.
This is a cute chair for bedrooms etc., on smaller scale. But quality built and attention to detail. Very easy to assemble. Came on time, I would buy from this company again.
I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of my Kamu 60” Sideboard, it’s beautiful and was fairly easy to put together for 2 people. If I could give any suggestions for improvement, there was 1 step of the instructions that was not clear, the middle vertical board was backwards and the instructions didn’t specify clearly so that led to us having to remove and redo quite a bit of the already completed work. Other than that I’m very happy with the item. The color and quality is just like shown in the pictures.
Very difficult to contact customer service. It's been 2 weeks and the status just says We've received your order.
I ordered a pink recliner and it was shipped by Fedex. It was in the state on Friday May 31 but the fedex driver will not deliver it. I dont know why? I know you think this is a fedex problem and trust me I have been in touch with Fedex numerous times. Hulala chose the delivery.Not me. They should stand behind the sale $769 and send me another chair using another delivery service. This Fedex driver is NOT going to deliver to me. He has refused to deliver anything I have ordered from someone who uses Fedex. So I am stuck…no chair and no way to resolve the issue. I contacted Hulala Home every day with an update on none delivery and have called and left vm. No one answers the phone. Hulala needs tomake this right. The chair is going to stay on tje truck for 8-10 days and then the driver will send it back to them I guess or deliver it to someone else. I am never going to see the chair.Be aware Fedex drivers are doing this all over the place. I want my chair! Update… I begged you for 5 days to help by contacting Fedex and you did NOTHING! So more of your useless rhetorical bs which means nothing! It wasnt until I called Fedex that I got a response. CS sux and so do you! Little girls playing dress up in business world pretending to be the Kardashians!
I was excited to receive the recliner so quickly. It was delivered in good shape on Friday. But the same chair was delivered again on Monday. It is still in the box on my front porch and I can't get any response from my emails or phone calls. Not sure what to do next. I only ordered one.
Hulala Home (order #13457) delivered two VERY damaged side boards to my home. I immediately tried to call customer services EST noon. Called all day long - no response. Got a customer service rep. on FB messenger at 10 PM EST (clearly they are NOT in Texas). They claimed a power outage upset the phone service. Then I got an email from customer service saying they would give me a 25% refund. ON DAMAGED GOODS. I responded to the customer service rep on FB and stated I expected a 100% refund. They stated I could "negotiate my refund" with customer service. I was told I would get a call today but I have not . Absolutely infuriated with this poor terrible response. ***UPDATE - It is now 3.5 weeks later and while I have received a refund this company STILL has not picked up or tried to pick up the huge packages of damaged goods they left on my property. This is after being assured by multiple people that I would receive boxes to put them in from FED EX and the company stated they would pay for the return. I have since been ghosted AGAIN by this "customer" service team. For clarity they have ONE person who answers the phone. Her name is Shayla. She often does not answer. Additionally, all social media *(likely this page as well) is managed by a company in China. If you order from this company and need to return the item for any reason I am afraid you are out of luck. ***Update (again) - I have been informed by the company that FED EX does not have any of the boxes needed for me to repackage the broken furniture to send back. The company is saying "So no need for a return." The issue, as I have stated to them many times, is that these are huge boxes that I cannot move. I will have to pay someone $200 to haul away this furniture. All because they did not answer the phone for three days. When I found the items broken, I called within an hour of delivery. To recap: I was given two huge boxes of broken furniture. I was ignored by customer service for three days. I was then given a refund and told the return would be completed at the company's cost. They then reversed and stated they will leave the broken furniture at my home. The removal will cost me $200. So I am paying $200 for no furniture.
I ordered a full sofa set on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday !! Fast delivery at its finest !! Looks exactly like the picture shown on website and is the perfect size too! Was a little uncertain about ordering at first, I’ve been scammed by other websites and thought this could be one too but I was completely wrong! Thank you to Hulala for their 10/10 communication via email. Definitely recommend this company :)

The chair is beautiful but when I recline, I can not get it to lock back in the upright position. I have to get out of the chair and get someone to put footrest back in lock position.
Great customer service, poor product quality. I ordered a night stand and when putting it together the material disintegrated when screws were inserted. Customer service was very responsive and sent a replacement piece only for the same issue to reoccur.
Fast shipping, Items are as described, packing was really good with no damage as arrived. This arm chair is very modern and beautiful. It’s comfortable but on the firm side. I would buy again.

UPDATE: Hulala customer service was great to work with. They helped rectify the problem and I now have a new chair from them that works. Thx! I just received my chair and tried to set it up and I cannot get all of the casters to go properly into the spider base. I’ve pushed so hard and four of them are in but the fifth one is uneven and now I can’t get the others out of the spider base to make it even and the seat is now on the gas lift and I can’t get that to separate either. This is the worst chair ever. I’m so frustrated. I really wanted to love this. Please advise on what to do so that I can sit in a chair that is level. I can’t even begin to break this chair down to return it. The spider base looks like someone else had tried to put the casters into the spider base, but were unsuccessful and then returned the chair. I wish I could do the same
I purchased a Leather Recliner and it came in with an obvious defect/damage with a deep gouge and dent on the arm and color wearing off. I called, followed all instructions, wrote a letter, took photos etc. In the instructions I was advised that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Now going on the 4th day without any response from Hulala customer service dept . I called several times, left messages, sent emails with any answer. Needless to say I'm very unhappy with Hulala. I have the chair packed up and ready to be returned. Needless to say I'm very disappointed.....Take heed prospective Hulala....you're much better of with Raymour and Flanigan.
This company is 5 stars! I recently ordered 4 dining chairs from their website. The ordering process was easy and the chairs arrived in a week. One of my chairs was scratched/damaged during transit, I reached out to them and they responded to me the same day via email and were very helpful and quickly sent a replacement that arrived fast. Customer service and experience was great!
Easy ordering process, quick delivery & the chairs are perfect! The print is so pretty & the colors fit in with my decor. I bought two chairs to create a sitting area in front of my living area windows. I recommend HULALA!
