Incredible customer service! I ordered two nightstands that came damage. The customer service team worked with me on options and ultimately sent me two nightstands as a replacement. Everyone was helpful and checked in frequently throughout the process. So grateful for their help and will definitely be ordering again!
Great sofa, despatched immediately the following day, despite it being Christmas. Some issues with the courier company but Hulala were very responsive and quick to reply. The product is really lovely and my daughter is thrilled with her new sofa/seat for her bedroom, exactly as described on their website!

I bought a chair from the website, showing as in stock and 48 dispatch (it's their USP), after emailing them and messages going back and forth all they could say is we'll let you know when its dispatched, it should be within the next two days. After over a MONTH the chair finally arrived, its crazy, you cannot run a business like this. I am so disappointed, it was a gift for my daugher's birthday so they have really let me down. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The furniture is very nice. It was packaged to survive transit. The carrier damaged one of our boxes pretty significantly, but due to the packaging there was zero damage. 1 of our 4 pieces of furniture didn't arrive. I sent an email to customer service and they were on top of it. Excellent communication, they found out the carrier lost it in transit and promptly shipped me a replacement, quite literally on Christmas Day. These guys are absolute professionals. I'll be purchasing from them again.
When items are sent from your warehouse with missing pieces the consumer should NEVER have to wait over a month to receive said missing items regardless of how busy you all may be. They should be made the priority and the situation be handled urgently. To add the smell of the chair was really never resolved ( cologne smell). I'm grateful this was resolved without further discomfort to me. Moving forward i wouldn't recommend this company nor will I be purchasing anything else again.

I’ve pre-ordered my side tables so I knew it wasn’t available right away but it was exactly what I wanted! It did take some extra for them to arrive but CS was quick to give me an update whenever I reached out. The boxes arrived and the package was very secure and padded, putting together was super easy for me and the hardware was nice and sturdy, the final product looked exactly like the photos so I’m extremely happy with my purchase 😊
Great customer service experience! When I forgot to update the discount code, Alaiza (Hulala customer service rep who responded on a Saturday) resolved my issue. She updated the code and issued a refund for the discount code amount. Thank you, Alaiza!
When I goofed on ordering the wrong pattern for a chair, the Hulala team was quick in answering my panicked email and switched the pattern for me within a day, without issue or increasing my wait time for the chair. Support staff was amazing!
I placed a order on Dec 13 2024 through Macy's still saying process called Hulala Furniture customer servuce several times and was told someone will contact me by phone or via email havent received call or email But payment has been paid not date for delivery and no furniture Really not good at all
Lovely chairs bought for a living room but ended up in bedrooms as not quite big enough, make sure you read the sizes! My fault. Good company to deal with, chairs well made (small amount of assembly once arrive but v easy and good explanation) Only negative is that they took months to arrive! On the whole a well made, sturdy and pretty chair, ok price!
Purchased a smart hallway storage unit with seating. The product was well made, sturdy and delivered on time. The support from Joana who was not a waste of time robot was much appreciated too.

Purchased a chair that I love 10 months ago. According to the seller it had a 30-day warranty. I contacted Customer Service to order a part and was told it was still under warranty for a full year. They were very helpful with identifying the part and getting it out in the mail to me at no charge, then following up to assure I had received it. This is one company that lives up to the name of 'Customer Service'. Well done.
Despite an initial really bad experience with Hulala Home UK - I was awaiting the second part of the order and not holding up much hope! But the item is beautiful "Lenore Velvet Upholstered Storage Bench with Gold Base & Nailhead Trim × 1" - I thoroughly recommend it.
I bought 2 nightstands for $500, the description states several times they’re made of real wood, however this is a lie. They’re made of particle board with a paper thing veneer on it. These heavy, cumbersome cheap nightstands aren’t worth the shipping it took to get them Edit: these nightstands were purchased on Amazon. It’s the: HULALA HOME Nightstand with Charging Station, Set of 2 Mid-Century Modern 2 Drawer and Open Shelf Dresser for Bedroom, Fluted Bedside Table, walnut The description says it’s made of wood and rubber wood, that the frame is made of wood. However they’re not, it’s particle board. I bought these based off of false information and now have to jump through hoops to return them. One wa also damaged, and the cardboard like insides crumbled to my touch
My order #22360 for an end table was placed on November 10th. I have not received any tracking updates or estimated delivery. All phone numbers are unavailable and no reply to email. Getting concerned. Any options?
