AVOID THIS HORRIBLE FRAUD COMPANY! Not happy with chair I ordered (different colour to picture and dented so bought one from another company that I love) and been asking for almost a week for a refund but keep getting responses offering me discounts if I keep it and now telling me I can’t return it as it’s “too big for return label”. They are horrible at helping with such a simple issue like a return and as stated in my order confirmation and their website I am entitled to return something I don’t want! All I want is to return the chair and receive my money back so I never have to deal with this company again. This is my hard earned money and not going to give up!!

After placing my first order from Hulala Home, I reached out via email because the item was on back order. It was a nursery glider so I was concerned I might not receive it in time. Not only did they respond quickly but I was assured that it would be back in stock shortly. The chair was restocked in a short amount of time and I received the item quickly after that. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. Most importantly, it was exactly as described and I am very pleased with the chair. I would absolutely recommend Hulala Home.

Awesome! The rattan back gives them a cool, vintage vibe, but they’re still super comfy and sturdy. They fit perfectly with my modern farmhouse style and look great around the dining table or just as extra seating. Assembly was a breeze, too. Totally worth it for the price—can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely love this sofa! We purchased the Victoria Oversized Sectional Sofa with Storage in the 8-seater option, and it's perfect. The sofa is incredibly soft, spacious, and ideal for lounging. It’s so comfortable that we often find ourselves falling asleep while watching sports or the news. The large size makes it perfect for gatherings, and the hidden storage is a great bonus for keeping things tidy. I was planning to buy another as a housewarming gift for a friend, but unfortunately, it's currently out of stock. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned it'll be restocked by late October. Can't wait!

It’s really disappointing that customers have to cover the shipping costs themselves. I’ve been trying for days to get a return shipping label via email, but instead of sending it, I keep getting responses like, “Why do you want to return the package?” or “Can we help you in other ways?” It’s unbelievable that I’m not receiving immediate assistance. It feels like the priority is just to sell, which in my opinion, is far from good customer service. I will never order from this company again. Even over the phone, I didn’t receive any help.

I was really excited to receive the Nightstand so quickly. It arrived in great condition on Friday and looked perfect in my bedroom. The extendable tray is super handy, and the design fits perfectly with my decor. I regret not knowing about Hulala Home sooner—I only ordered one, but I’ll be purchasing another!

I purchased the storage ottoman in the wrong color. All I wanted to do was exchange. I was ok with covering the return fee; however there auto response offered all these return options (10, 15, 25%) off my next purchase. I finally just kept the stupid thing. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to return/exchange something.

We recently purchased a sideboard. After we assembled it from the pieces of the boards, the front doors were not symmetric. The right two doors close with a small gap, but the left two doors close with a 2cm big gap, about half an inch. See the attached picture. It is impossible to adjust the gaps because all the boards were assembled with pins and holes, and the frame was fixed. The positions of the holes for the middle bar are a quarter inch to the right. I can put 1 finger into the gap. There is nothing you can do about it since the holes and pins have to fit into each other. I'm very disappointed. It doesn't look good. Me and my husband who is 74 years old, spent 2 hours of hard work to put it together. After done, we get a defected item.

EDIT 9/16/24 The company did come through with quickly sending a replacement which for the most part went together much better than the first although I did still have to muscle a few of the screws as the pre drilled holes were again not fully lined up. At the end of the day they sent a much better replacement, customer service was very responsive throughout the process, and the product is sufficient for my needs. Due to this I am upping the rating to 4 stars but cannot give 5 due to the initial product being defective I ordered the Ludwig Ergonomic Office Chair with Lumbar Support - the chair looks like it should look just like the picture but unfortunately I have had nothing but problems since I ordered this chair. Initially, there were delays with the shipping (they did refund 10% due to this) and now that it has arrived it cannot be put together. About half of the pre drilled screw holes don’t line up and/or the screws will not go in all the way. Between my husband and I we spent over an hour trying to force the screws in - I did contact customer service who told me I had to send pictures which I had already done however have not had a response. So far my experience has been terrible and I will be disputing this via my credit card. I am hoping my posting this review that it will prompt follow up from HULALA and if they make this right then I will amend the review. If I could, I would upload the photos I took as well for others to see however there is no option for that.

I made mistakes during assembly and customer service at Hulala Home was fabulous in helping me fix my errors. The result is two beautiful walnut side tables with drawers for our bedroom.

I bought a night stand and it cost 314 dollars and some change. We received it thinking it would be put together. We opened it and there were so many parts to be put together that had the wrong letters on some of the boards and the instructions had some mistakes it was a mess. We were missing screws. My husband had to go buy some. And the top of the nightstand wouldn’t fit in these grooves. And one side on top is not fitting flush. I am very disappointed. I will never buy off of them again. We just wasted our money. I could have went and bought one at a furniture store for that price and it would have been put together.

These nightstands were as well-made as anything you get at pottery barn or west elm but for an actual quarter of the price. Went together easily and look great. The quality is a little inconsistent as one of them came with no defects and the second one had a piece missing and the drill holes were messier. Overall though quality and visual are as advertised and as expected.

When shopping around for a modular couch, i couldn’t find any reviews but maybe one that simply said “comfortable”. Good enough for me, we purchased the 8 seater Victorian modular couch and we love it. Day one after setting it up we had folks for a football game and i kid you not - all 8 folks were fast asleep snoring after the game it’s so comfy and loungy! The low profile back we thought might be a problem, but put a throw pillow behind you if you need the extra comfort and it’s perfect. The low profile backs don’t bother me and had zero complaints from guests sitting on them for 8 hours. The extra wide seats are fabulous and exactly what i hoped for. The grey color is beautiful and love love love the look of it. We are happy with our purchase and have already ordered a few more additions to make it even bigger! Definitely recommend! *note: directions say to pull the vaccum sealed cushions out to fluff for 48 hours. We only had 24 hours before guests were coming over. They seemed to fluff all the way, but I’m one to like to follow directions and advise to pull out the cushions a couple days before putting it together all the way just to be 100% :)

We ordered Hulala furniture for our new office space. All products were in great condition, but we received two chairs without legs. Cheryl with support seamlessly ordered replacement legs to be sent to us. The experience was far smoother than anticipated and left us with a positive story.

The prompt and courteous customer service I recieved when I was shipped a chair without the plug to make it work was excellent!!! The part was in the mail as soon as they were sure of what I needed.
