Hulala will not return my calls or emails. They falsely advertised a nightstand's color, now they will not make it right. I followed their protocol and email, sent the picture they required, called multiple times, was even told someone would call me back THAT day, its been 4 days. Now I cant reach customer service and despite multiple emails and calls there hasnt been resolution. Ive been told: *the return team said you didnt send picture (I did) *you cant speak to return team because they only work nights *yes, the color you recieved doesnt match description on website *someone will call you TODAY (never been called)

I saw the ad on Facebook and I usually dont buy anything advertised on FB due to scammers. The description of the product was what I was looking for. Order went thru and a delivery date was provided immediately. The chair was delivered a day early. Product was as described, communication was very good, smooth transaction very pleased
I absolutely love my console! it fits perfectly in my living room. I’m very much a “in store” shopper, so i was a tad nervous with making a bigger purchase online without being able to touch and see.. but i’m so happy with my choice! the color is perfect. it took me quite a few hours to put together, but the instructions are very straight forward and it was fun. I will say there was one part (the rings for the holes) that did not fix, so i skipped that step.

Ordered 2 recliners for new home. One was a power leather recliner. The lumbar is HORRIBLY uncomfortable and very Stiff. They will Not allow a return, although we JUST arrived @ new home and no one had sat in the New chair. Their “policy” allows NO exceptions and they refuse to allow a return/replacement. I explained I cannot use this chair as I had Lumbar fusion back surgery, they could care less. NO discussion. I’d stay away from this business in future, their products LOOK nice, but are not worth the money, and the Customer Service is definitely lacking! ..and to the REPLY from Hulala Home i say…PLEASE be upfront with your reply rather than ImPLYing You we’re going to DO one thing different BEFORE you saw my review. Yes, you sent an email that said Nothing other than you do Not accept returns, including under extenuating circumstances! I ordered this ONline from Northern NY for a NEW home and I Just arrived to TRY the chair and it is indeed Awful!
Quick delivery - fair prices
The couch arrived relatively quickly but was missing key hardware and instructions. Their customer service team is in china so the responses are slow and at extremely off hours if you are located in the US/Canada, even if you call their Texas number they say to write an email and wait for a reply. I still have not even received tracking for the missing parts nearly two weeks after delivery.
I called the customer service once and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and solve my issues.

Efficiency is amazing! My chair was so beautiful and well constructed that we decided to buy a second one within one week of delivery! Quality leather and great design. We are tall 5'8 and 6'2 and the chairs are very comfortable for our long legs. They sit up higher.
It was delivered at the time promised, and there was no damage! The cabinet is beautiful, and the price was right! I love it, and I am 63 yes Old, and was able to put it together myself!!!
