The sideboard was really not up to expectations. The shelves were too small and rattled around, no amount of rejigging the hinges would get the doors spaced out well because the holes are drilled wrong. Also contacted support for this and they ignored me.

I like the chair. It seems to be well-constructed. I just wish I hadn't had to assemble it.

We were hesitant to shop for chairs online but it was easy shopping on Hulalas website. They had lots of pictures of each one and had a very good selection of recliners. It came in about a week and we are enjoying it very much!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with ordering online. First, they sent us incorrect parts. When we told them this they responded by again sending us more incorrect parts. When we told them this again they said they can’t send us a replacement until almost 2 months and we’d have to take apart what we put together already and mail it back (the missing parts were to a single drawer, literally everything else was put together already). Such an annoyance. Steer clear of buying anything from them unless you have a lot of patience

Recently bought a sideboard from Hulala through Home Depot. Delivery was fast. I received a defective product as one of the piece didn’t fit in. I contacted the customer support and they were prompt to respond and sent a new product within a week. Satisfied with the overall experience.

Prompt delivery. Bedspread as described. Quality of material is very nice. This was purchased for a bedroom I’m going redecorating as a guestroom. I wanted something neutral and calm. I think this will be perfect.

I ordered a chair weeks ago, I’m still waiting for it! All I’ve had is an email saying that my order was cancelled and then amalgamated in to another!! They then said they would get in touch with the logistics company and if no update in 2 days they would send another. That was on Monday. Still heard nothing. Terrible (or little) customer service from Thai company.

Loved the swivel recliner chair pattern (nature theme with parrots and plants); color seemed a bit washed/faded but maybe that was intentional. Not super cushy but offers a trim, elegant touch for our front room. The Hulala website offered a better deal than Amazon for the same chair (included discount and free shipping as a holiday special). Chair delivered promptly. Solid construction and easy assembly; reclining mechanism fairly easy to operate. Slightly large for a 5'6" person; feet barely touch floor when sitting all the way back.

This company is a fraud !!! I ordered a piece of furniture on 12/19 they processed my payment and I haven't heard another word. When I attempt to call customer service they just hang up on me or block my call. I have had to try to call from several different phone numbers. They are a FRAUD !!!! 1/15 I have emailed and left messages. Not a valid email given

Thanks for sending a repackaged nightstand with beat up nicks in 5 places. Thanks for not including two sides of a drawer that are needed to make drawer and to slide into stand. That for 2 evenings of wasted time.Thanks for wasting Dec4, 2024(paid & ordered) until Jan. 9th refund sent.

The product was as described and the delivery was very fast.
