I ordered 2 nightstands the nightstands are so pretty very heavy and well made however one was defective it won’t match up and there is a gap. I reached out to hulala since it’s under warranty they offered me a partial credit of $60 and keep the defective nightstand when I paid almost $600 for the set. That offer was totally disrespectful
Hulala customer service exceeded my expectations by the very courteous and prompt resolution of a problem we had. Great job! Thank you!
UPDATE: After leaving this review, I ended up reaching out to Hulala after they responded here with an offer to assist us. They have graciously & efficiently resolved our situation! We came to a resolution that was fair to both parties. We’re therefore upgrading our initial rating to 4 stars. We received our recliners & immediately contacted customer service within the first hour as the furniture was not the quality we desired and were expecting. We first emailed with no response. The next day we called the number provided on Hulala’s website & were placed on hold for 2.5 hours. No one ever picked up on that line. I have a screen shot of that very lengthy phone call. You cannot run a business and not offer your customers a way to get in touch with you. We were finally were able to connect via email after several attempts; once the emails were established the correspondence was pretty consistent there. We stated our desire to return the recliners. We were offered a small discount to keep the order. I stated that the furniture was not for us due to having no lumbar support as advertised, rippled side panels, and the furniture/leather simply was not the quality we were looking for. We found other reviews online where customers had pulled back the “leather” revealing it is not genuine and even has a paper backing. After customer service pointed out that the return process is “expensive and arduous” we agreed for an additional discount we would attempt to sell the furniture on FB market place. After no hits on the recliners during the first week we resumed our discussion for return of the furniture. Hulala would not acknowledge that due to the rippled side panels, erroneous advertising of lumbar support and a genuine leather covering that we should not have to absorb the cost of the return. Even getting them to state the actual cost of the return was a real hassle. When we were getting near our 30 day window, we got our credit card involved and are still working on this issue through our credit card at this time. Save yourself a BIG headache and shop somewhere else. Anywhere else.
The chest is a perfect fit and well made. There was some damage that appeared to have occurred during shipping. I sent an email to HULALA and even though it was the weekend, I received a response. They were very helpful and concerned, and I am very satisfied with the resolution. I am very impressed with the immediate response, the communication throughout the complaint process and the manner in which the issue was resolved. I also think they have beautiful quality items to choose from so will search the site for future needs.

Hulala Home stands behind what they sell. We bought an inexpensive slim recliner from Hulala, and it was very comfortable and looked good in the small space that we had. Unfortunately, the recliner latch mechanism stopped working after about a year, and I contacted Hulala to find out what could be done. After discussing a few options, I asked Hulala to send a replacement latch. The part arrived quickly, and It was a very straightforward 15 minute fix Hulala also sent installation instructions and a link to a video to help, and Fiona was there to help with prompt, useful email support. In short, I went from being disappointed (when our recliner latch broke) to being very satisfied and impressed (with Hulala's response and eagerness to make things right). Special thanks to Fiona and the rest of the Hulala Customer Support Team!
This company has amazing customer service. I received a table from them, and unfortunately the top was damaged in transit and it arrived with a dent in it. I reached out to them and they were wonderful and worked with me to make things right. They problem solved in a timely manner and found a solution quickly. My table is beautiful and I would definitely buy their products in the future.
Sent faulty item. It's been 5 days of back and forth with their service desk. 1st offer. 10% off to keep the item. 2nd offer. 15% off to keep the item. 3rd offer in writing. Keep the item and sorry for the inconvenience. We will refund your money in full (GREAT). 4th offer. Sorry we didn't mean that but we can send you another chair. Not once have I said I want a replacement or discount as the quality was poor. I just want them to stick to their own T&C's and take back their chair. Then refund me. This company is very unprofessional. Do not use!
My new bedside chest is exactly what I wanted.i had always had an antique chest but with aging and arthritis setting in it had become hard to open. The form I loved but the function was getting difficult. I found Hulala and discovered this chest with beautiful form and easy function.
Very happy with my purchase. The nightstands were exactly what I had been looking for. The instructions for assembly were excellent.

Excellent customer service with quality communication and in a timely matter. They went over and beyond to keep me updated on the pre order I made of two nightstands on when to expect the delivery. The product was excellent and easy to assemble. Extremely happy with the purchase.
I ordered a chair from this company but tried to cancel the order just a few hours after due to finding the same product elsewhere for better conditions. I tried emailing hello at hulalahome.com but got an automatic reply from Zendesk with no information and no replies to my question. I then called their customer support number +1 (833) 324-2464 and was unable to speak with anyone in California. The agent on the call said she was unable to help me in any way because the Fedex label had already been created. I told her that I placed this order at midnight and was then 7am in California, so I knew the package had not yet been picked up. Fedex tracking confirmed this. She said even still, they could not help or cancel the order. I finally heard back from an agent via email. She also told me the package could not be canceled, even though it hadn't been shipped yet. After much back and forth over several days, Hulala Home was able to offer a small partial refund to price match with the other price, and extend the same refund conditions. The chair was finally shipped and had a slight delay in shipping but not much. The chair came in perfect condition and is very nice. I will probably keep it. Overall, the product is great, and eventually via email I was able to get my request somewhat resolved. It would have been much less hassle however if it were possible to speak with anyone in California to get the initial order canceled in the first place.
I ordered a desk chair on Thursday evening and it arrived by Saturday morning. The chair was very quick and easy to put together, and is excellent quality. I’d happily order again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hopefully, you never have an issue with your furniture, but it is terrible. They never get back to you, and you can't talk to anyone from the company. You are left talking with a service center that cannot help.
We purchased this little loveseat to fit a tight bedroom TV viewing space. After viewing many choices across the internet, we settled on this in dark green. Great choice! Easy to assemble with a bit of effort, solid, but, most importantly, gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! It's unusually elegant for a low priced item, the velvet is soft and beautiful, the green color we choose is deep and saturated, gold legs make it so upscale! The back cushions are soft, seat cushion solid, but comfortable, not sink-into-type, but the back cushions make it a comfy seat. Truly wonderful and beautiful little couch.

I was looking at their recliners and when I clicked add to cart (to check tax and shipping fees) it bounced me to the shop app and said order processing! I hit back quickly but the damage was done! I foolishly had a payment stored on the shop app. Trying to get canceled but no one will answer the phone! I emailed and messaged multiple times as well! I see you responded recently to reviews on here so I’m hoping you see this! I need order 15263 canceled immediately!
